During the evening news, a reporter will cover a story live circulating around the demolition of a theater that resided within Lawrence, Kansas for over sixty years. As the reporter stood outside, discussing the plans for the mornings start at tearing the building apart with a few men from the construction crew, a tall, hooded man simply walked into the background and began to murder some of the men from the crew. A man was stabbed in the neck, another was blown apart into thin air, and -- just before the cameraman threw his camera down and started running -- the hooded figure turned around, yellow eyes flashing on the screen, and ripped the head off the reporter with his bare hands and a maniacal laugh to boot.

Whoops.

Later, stories will reveal that the entire construction crew (consisting of seven men) were found dead. Protestors, innocent bystanders, and the entire news team were also found murdered as well. Characters who take interest in researching the scene of the crime will find the entire block closed off, as the bodies will be strewn in every which direction. Out of the twenty-three people that were murdered, only one body has been identified so far.
