I hear there's witches aside from Ruby around here.

Any of you know how to break a curse?

Edit: Also: My brand new so-called tutor keeps showing up on Xfinity commercials. It's really freaking weird. Especially since he's apparently damn good at pretending to not be blind.

Okay then. I read some of your above comments about the curse. It sounds tricky to reverse, but I'll look through my Grimmerie and see if there's anything there that can counter-act it. Though chances are more than one of us witches may have to combine spells to reverse it.

But you might have something? I'm grasping at straws here, I'll even take a might.

I didn't see anything in my spellbook even remotely coming close to undoing it. Well, not in the way you'd like. Sorry. There isn't a spell for everything, as much as I'd like the case to be otherwise. But that's not to say there isn't a chance for something to be done. I've seen witches from different worlds work together here to attain things, why not a reversal of the curse?

I wouldn't suggest even a group trying it, to be honest. We don't know the type of magic used. It could have a pretty bad backfire. He was cursed to teach him a lesson, he learns the lesson the curse will lift itself. I think the best bet is for him to let it run it's course and stop trying to find a magic way out where he doesn't have to work for anything.

True. And I have a horrible track record with things backfiring on me. So I think you have a smart plan there, now that I actually think about it more.

It happens sometimes. I've brewed potions wrong and had them blow up in my face before. His curse isn't too bad. He'll be fine. He just looks different, otherwise it doesn't affect him in any negative way.

Believe me, I know all about looking different. If I could permanently change my skin color, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

Is your skin color a curse? Or is it natural?

I was born this way, so I don't think it's a curse? Though neither of my parents had green skin, so I don't know. I do have a charm spell I use to degreenify myself temporarily when I want to go out in public. Since, you know, this world sort of frowns upon people of an unnatural color.

Huh, that's pretty strange. Honestly your green skin doesn't seem that bad to me, but....you'd want to permanently get rid of it, I could try to write a spell for it?

You're telling me. I've long since embraced the green, it's part of who I am. Though sometimes it really does feel like a curse. I really wish more people had your outlook. People in Oz weren't so easy-going, except in the Emerald City. I'll keep your offer in mind, but for now I think I'll leave it. I at least have the charm spell when I really need it, except for the times when I lose track of time and it wears off on me in public...

No, no. Lets go back to the might and stick with it. It'll help me get through the next seven months.

Then we'll stick with the might. In this world, magic does work differently so never say never. But I think if you're supposed to learn a lesson, you should learn it.

There's no lesson to learn besides the fact that she's a bitch.

You sure about that? I've learned not to judge a book by it's cover. Maybe you need to learn that, too. People aren't always what they seem on the surface.
