WHO Lydia Martin & Kol Mikaelson
WHAT Lydia is by the cemetery and meets Kol when he arrived!
WHERE The Cemetery
WHEN Monday Feb. 8
RATING/STATUS TBD | TBD
Lydia was always curious about what the cemetery and why it was where people seemed to come, especially after everything that happened when she’d found the dead body and Bobby had driven her home. Yes she’d heard all about the seal being broken and what that meant for them and that’s where it all went down, but that didn’t stop her from being curious about it. Frankly there were a lot of things she was curious about here. Why some people came while others didn’t, how Allison was still alive because some mortal vampire saved her life, and the multiple kinds of vampires and creatures. Yet, she seemed to be the only banshee, at least that she was aware of, apparently finding answers about that wasn’t so easy.
She was just getting ready to leave the cemetery when out of no where she saw a body basically appear, or at least it hadn’t been there a second ago. The body looked somewhat familiar to her as she cringed.
“Please don’t tell me I came all the way here to find a dead body…” She said with a slight whine to her voice, it was out of fear and for the millionth time she wished she could call Scott and Stiles.
As she got closer her eyes were carefully on the body, it looked familiar. “Isaac.” She gasped as she rushed forward to try and see if he was alive, the seal brought people from all different points, and it wasn’t like Isaac hadn’t faced a number of things that nearly killed him over that time. “Isaac!” She screamed out as she reached down to shake him deciding since she woke up here, he would wake up here too.

Kol opened his eyes expecting to see Davina or someone familiar. Instead there was a girl shaking him and calling Isaac. "Sorry, love. I think you've got the wrong person," he said, though he was slightly confused.
He looked around, realizing that his surroundings were not what he'd expected. He hadn't remembered being in a cemetery. Kol turned his attention back to the redheaded girl in front of him. "Where the hell am I?" he asked. He and Davina had just taken down the magical barrier Finn had used to trap them all inside. Before he could rejoice in their success Klaus was tossing him back into the compound. His brother was beyond cruel as he put Kol’s very mortal life in peril when he tossed him into a compound full of hungry baby vamps. But that didn't explain how he got here from being in the compound a moment before. Though he was more than happy to have escaped that.

Lydia stepped back, he sounded nothing like Isaac, his expression was somehow different too. They looked exactly the same, and yet the guy in front of her was extremely different. Even the way he looked at things. “You’re a freaking face twin to Isaac, great. This is going to be fun to explain to Allison.” Lydia said as she stood up and hesitated for a moment before offering her hand to him to help him get up.
Lydia frowned just a little bit when he asked that question. “Well, you’re in Kansas.” Lydia started. “But before I go into all of the how you got here, no you can’t go back, welcome to Kansas stuff, are you going to introduce yourself, not Isaac?”
~~~
Most other people might be more freaked out about their current situation but Kol was taking it a moment at a time. After all he’d been a mortal, then an original vampire, trapped on the other side, put into another persons body. Who knew what would really surprise him anymore.
Surveying for danger, seeing if his very mortal life was in any kind of peril. At first he thought maybe Finn was behind this but he didn’t think his brother had that kind of power. No this was someone or something else. “Face twin?” Kol asked. “Oh, you mean doppleganger,” he added, thinking about the Petrova line. “I don’t have a doppleganger. Actually that I know of. This is a rather new body so I assume it could be possible,” he continued, glancing around the graveyard. “Oh, who’s Allison?” he asked, turning back to her.
“Kansas,” he repeated. “I don’t understand why anyone would want to be in Kansas. The name’s Kol. Kol Mikaelson. And yours, darling?”
~~~
“Well, Not Isaac.” She said again. “I don’t mean doppelganger, I actually mean face twin. Because I’m pretty sure you’re not from the same world as me, at least given you have an accent and Isaac doesn’t.”
Lydia tilted her head as he asked who Allison was feeling very protective. “My best friend.” She stated as if anyone who didn’t know that was a complete and total idiot, which she was suspected this guy was not a total idiot, just part of one.
“Got me, I didn’t exactly get excited about the concept of coming to Kansas myself, I like California, Kansas, not so much.” She said shrugging. “Lydia Martin, pleasure.” She said eyeing him up and down. He didn’t look like he was freaking out, so he probably was from some kind of world with strange things.
~~~
“That explains everything. Why do you have to explain this to her at all?” She’s the one who mentioned it. Who mentioned Allison. It just piqued Kol’s curiosity. Especially if she wasn’t going to tell him how he got here.
Quite strange things. If only she knew. He’d seen quite a lot over a thousand years. “So Miss Martin, can you tell me how I got here yet or why I can’t get back? Or if there’s anyone else with the Mikaelson name here?”
Kol might not exactly be freaking out about where he was or how he’d gotten here but that didn’t mean he didn’t want to know. And he just hoped that Finn didn’t have a hand in this.
“For a guy who just woke up in a cemetery and not knowing how he got here, you’re taking this very well, attitude and everything.” Lydia said crossing her arms as she watched him. All she could think about was how hard this was going to be for Allison.
“We’re in some universe where the seal as they call it likes to kidnap people from different places and spit them out here. It also takes people without much warning too. Apparently the angels in heaven were hellbent on some massive war that would lead to the apocalypse and in stopping it, this happened. People started to come from tv shows, whatever.” She said in a quick but hard down facts sort of way. “You can’t get back because we don’t have control over that.” She said shrugging.
“There is Klaus, Caroline’s boyfriend, and I think Rebekah just came back too.” She said shrugging. Lydia knew there were others but with everyone coming and going she wasn’t sure who else was here. “Wait a second, you’re one of them, one of the originals or something, that’s what they call you.” Lydia said eyeing him with curiosity.
~~
“If you knew my family you’d know there isn’t much that would surprise me.”
Kol listened to her explanation. Angels in heaven? “I’m pretty sure there isn’t an angel that would bring me here.” Except for maybe Lucifer. He’d done a lot of things in his time especially as a vampire. It hadn’t been the easiest time for him being cut off from his magic like that.
“Nik and Caroline?” He was curious about that. And in no rush to see his brother. He didn’t have the dagger nor the diamond. He had his magic but he’d have felt better if he’d had a way to protect himself from his brothers irrational whims and punishments. “Kol Mikaelson. Former Original Vampire.”
~~~
“Knowing of and actually knowing are two very different things.” Lydia corrected without much of a thought.
“Listen.I don’t have all the details and it’s not like any of us actually woke up one morning wondering what it would be like to wake up in a crappy graveyard in Kansas.” Crossing her arms she narrowed her eyes at him.
“Huh, from what I’d learned that wasn;t much a surprise, Klaus and Caroline.” She said as if she really didn’t care at all. Actually she did care because Caroline had been really helpful to her when she’d arrived her. This guy, this guy was different.
“Do you want me show you to a direction that you might get more answers from your family. Or do you like spending time in creepy graveyards?” Not that Lydia had much room to talk. She’d come here because she really wanted to see if she felt anything or if her supernatural insane abilities as a banshee would say anything here.
