Thor often wondered what things would have been like if he had never gone after the Elderstahl. Or if that Loki hadn't killed Algrim. But he had no power to change the past or visions of what could have been. All that there was was here and now. He was just glad that Sif was staying in Asgard and proud of her for showing everyone how fierce a young maiden could be in battle. And he had spoken the truth too. He had done nothing in getting her into training with the Einherjar. It had all been her. He truly believed that she was going to be one of the fiercest warriors in the kingdom (after him though of course but he wasn't going to boast about that).
He had been wanting too to kiss her again but before he could, everything shifted and he felt like he was falling. He struggled to fight whatever could be doing this but without a physical opponent he was out of his league. He wasn't like his brother to summon magic. The falling didn't last much longer though and he hit the ground on his back a bit hard and he grunted as the air was driven from his lungs. But he could feel grass on his back and a strange smell to the air. He pushed himself up, his hand reaching for his sword but not yet drawing it as he looked around. Things seemed quiet but that did not mean there wasn't danger.
"Whatever being did this show thyself!" he ordered. "I mean no harm I only wish to be returned home!" He moved cautiously around, blue eyes taking in everything. A cemetary it seemed. He looked around before he set off, trying to find a port so that he could get home. He didn't want his father to worry after all. Not after everything that had happened. He began whistling as he walked and soon spotted a town. It looked on the simple side but perhaps he could find a way to a port from there. Grinning more, he soon entered the town and looked around, amazed at how...simple this realm was. He ignored the people eyeing him strangely. Given he had rarely set foot out of the royal palace until recently it wasn't a surprise that he'd be stared at. If he had to though he would ask one of the peasants on where he could go to get to a port that had ships bound for Asgard.
