Previous Entry  Add to memories!  Tell a Friend!  Next Entry
Entry tags:river song, romana, rory williams, rose tyler, the doctor (11), the doctor (9), the master

Who: Master, Romana, Eleven, Nine, Rose (Tyler), River (Song), Rory and Sexy (though probably just referenced) and...I think that covers Team TARDIS for shanking Master?
What: The Doctors have found the castle where Master is hiding Sexy. So it is time for him to DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
When: Evening of June 11th after Team TARDIS was assembled
Where: Warehouse in a city outside of Lawrence
Warnings: Violence, character death, possibly language and mentions of torture

Added note: Also feel free to sub-thread away if/when the need calls for it? And it might be safer to assume the order in which people are named in the "Who" portion is the posting order? JUST SO WE AREN'T CONSTANTLY WONDERING WHOSE TURN IT IS Y/Y?

With the Autons still wreaking chaos in Lawrence, the Master was safely tucked away with Sexy and Romana, waiting. That's what it was now, a waiting game. Yes he still had this place shielded from being found by magical means and such, but he knew the Doctors would figure out a way to find him. They always did when he was behind things like this. Though he had to admit, it was a bit of a bore just waiting. He didn't like sitting idle like that. But what else could he do? It would be better for the Doctors to come to him. He wanted them to come to him. And no doubt they'd come with the companions. The companions, at least Rose, Rory and River, were loyal like that. And despite having had River distracted, even briefly detained, no doubt she'd be back by now.

But it didn't matter. None of that did. Let them watch. Because once the Doctors were here, he would kill Sexy in front of them. That was his end game, to cause the Doctors the most pain anyone ever could. He knew it would break them, but he didn't care. In fact, he relished in that. He didn't need their pity or empathy or whatever it was they had felt towards him before. No, now he needed them to finally see what he truly was and leave the past where it belonged. But it was even sweeter knowing Romana was standing with him now, that he had taken her away from the Doctors. Once one of their beloved companions, and now his lover. It had been so easy, truthfully, and he had seduced her twice. It had just been harder the second time because she'd been the War Queen when she'd first shown up.

Adjusting his tie a bit, the Master felt something. He tilted his head and an evil little smile crossed his face. He glanced over at Romana. "Do you sense that? They are coming. It is about to begin."

The Master was more than ready to put the deadly chain of events into motion. And this time, he would come out the victor.

She'd given up. She wasn't quite sure when it had happened. But at some point she'd stopped considering helping the Doctors and just accepted that this was her life now. It was all there was left for her. Her wars, all past, the old Romana's gone and now there was only him. And so she sat with him as he tortured the Tardis turned woman. She closed her eyes and looked away for a moment at least until she felt his gaze on her, and felt the others in her mind. Angry, hurt but ready to fight them. The rage of the Ninth and the bitter fury of the Eleventh.

"Yes I sense them. How could I not, they know where we are, but you were ready for that weren't you?"

He was going to want to kill that Tardis and it was so much easier for Romana if she didn't talk to her, didn't acknowledge her. Just saw her as a being outside of anything she knew. Just an object. Because then the hurt couldn't be so great, could it? But already the Doctors would never forgive her and she knew that, she knew it well. And she'd very much made her choice. "I love you. I want you to know that, whatever happens, I want you to remember that."

That smile on his face worried her of course, she'd seen it so many times before.

And they were getting closer.

A kind of glee filled him, but not the kind of glee everyone else felt. Oh no, this was a dark, twisted, and completely evil kind of glee. Things were about to come to a head, and the Master was relishing in it. He always had thrived where there was pain and chaos. But the times when he had been able to get one over on the Doctor were the best ones. And the past two and a half weeks? He'd had their humanized TARDIS, and he knew they could feel her pain, everything he had done to her in this span of time. Now they were coming for her. For him. But things might just go far differently than the Doctors thought it would.

"Yes, I've been ready for them. I knew it would only be a matter of time before the Doctors found us. Only they have the right to be here at the end." Which is why he'd warded this place so those other humans couldn't find him. They weren't worth his time, really, save for getting killed and that's what the Autons were for. To keep them from getting to him.

Looking at Romana, her choice of words worried him slightly, but it was of little consequence now. He smiled at her. "And I love you, no matter what happens here." For that one moment, he managed to not let the ruthless glee overtake him and he remained calm despite that Oncoming Storm he felt.
