Wanda Vision
An AU Marvel Based Panfandom Game
PREMISE
In a complicated world full of both civil and intergalactic wars, the idea of the good old days can be alluring. For Wanda Maximoff, with the power to bend reality to her own whim, the appeal of an idyllic small town set in less complicated times where everything is perfect was too great a temptation to resist. After losing so much, could anyone really blame her?

But what started as her own, personal respite soon snowballed into something much greater. Rather than creating a pocket-dimension for herself, Wanda began pulling her entire reality into her fantasy.

NEW WORLD (Starting April 1st): The times when knights were gallant and nobility was regal presented an attractive alternative to the picture-perfect, 1950's small town. An escape within an escape drew Scarletville, USA into Ye Olde Towne of yore. The few thousand residents of the 1950's fantasy reality have been transitioned into something out of a fantasy movie. Knights, elves, magicians, and dragons now inhabit the land of Scarvania. Kingdoms battle and peasants struggle to live day-to-day lives. It's not as perfect as Scarletville was, but an element of escapism still lingers in the air (Game of Thrones this is not).

And yet, even with the change, some now remember who they are and where they truly come from. Others have (again) forgotten completely. Roles and lives have again been stirred up, and no one knows what dangers this new land may hold.

This is the kind of stuff you do all the time. It’s a pretty solid life.

Except for the fact that you’re dead.

The Kingdom of Staseris is prospering. There are resources a plenty for the wealthy and the common to thrive. The King does not rule alone, but has four trusted Dukes who rule at the three corners of his Kingdom (Thista, Charal, Alazia), while the King remains in the capital of Vilyra.

That is why it is a target for foreign armies to attack: there are the Krommathen tribes to the north who follow the old ways, but raid for food, supplies and more farm land. There are Aeqineians to the south who have a weak truce to hold back war. There are the king's bastards, who look for ways to take what they think they are owed.

For how advanced Staseris is, there are still vast tracks of forest or ranges of mountains where magic, dragons and other magical creatures reign. There are sorcerers and sorceresses who do work for good, but others who look out for their own. The race of dragons are dwindling, but they have magic on their side still to survive.

What will the future be, and who will rule?
