The city of New Waverly is filled with superhumans both good and evil - but don't think for a moment that all of its human citizens are letting it slide. The 54th Street Gang is a constant threat to the city's powered people, aiming to rid New Waverly of its superhuman population one freak at a time. They roam the streets picking off the homeless and the vulnerable, combating both superhero teams and vigilantes to secure a base of power and influence, but even in this gang not everything is as it seems
