The only constant is that Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry must exist in all worlds. This way all worlds are unified and linked in a distinctive way. The school must have been founded by the four founders. It's usage can vary. The differences between worlds can be a matter of a divergence due to choice or variation due to a chance difference. One thing could be different. Several. Some part of history could of played out differently. It really and truly could be anything. We only ask that it's reasoning be sound. |
