Oracle/Barbara Gordon -> I have Pepper Potts {twostepsahead} who's trying to figure out a network of superheroes to call on when dealing with villains. An Oracle would be greatly appreciated by all, plus there's a ton of plot for her from whatever point in canon she's taken from!
Lucius Fox -> Batman & Alfred need some help man. Plus, who doesn't love Morgan Freeman?
Nick Fury -> He's a serious need. We have quite a few Avengers and we desperately need someone to take charge of them and make them a team!
Hawkeye -> We have the rest of the Avengers assembled. We need you!
Spider-Man Villains -> We have a Spider-Man & MJ Watson in game, plus a few villains, but a Spider-Man villain would be lots of fun to try and round out the crew! Green Goblin is requested by MJ!
The Tudors -> We have an Anne Boleyn in game who would love some cast mates!
Harry Potter Cast -> Harry (boltingly) and Hermione (ms_smartypants) would love to see a Ron Weasley, Severus Snape, Bellatrix LeStrange, and Voldemort.
A Song of Ice and Fire -> Robb, Sansa, Cersei, Jamie, Joffrey, Samwell Tarly, Stannis Baratheon, and Ygritte are the major wants. We currently have a Ned, Arya, Jon, and Bran in game.
Star Wars -> Padme is in game and she'd love an Anakin, Luke and Leia to come join her!

It's 2012 and because of this, a new war is brewing in the Wizarding World. The group of Death Eaters came together in 2009 to start rebuilding themselves for their cause. Voldemort is gone but their ideals and beliefs still linger on among their social class. It's been nearly three years since they've started planning slowly while studying their old mistakes and their blind following of Lord Voldemort. Only now have the signs of their uprising started to show themselves clearly to the Order of the Phoenix. All of the random but violent muggle murders, disappearing Muggleborns and finally the re-appearance of the Dark Mark in the sky above Diagon Alley. The Daily Prophet deemed it a prank but the Order has started to reform as well to get to the bottom of the issue. Members of the Wizarding World are now living with the prejudice and fear once more that they've spent over a decade trying to forget. Wizarding Britain is at war...

lockdown is a small Marauder-Era AU roleplaying game that has been going on since last August, taking the world of Harry Potter and exploring the theme of an extended civil war and its effect on the populace. Our goal is to explore the ideas of freedom and safety, peace and conflict, the opposing forces of light and dark, and the idea of what measures are called for in times of war. In the end, the work of the characters involved and the ends to which they are willing to go, are the only things that will decide Britain's fate.
