No one is quite sure... all you know is that they’re suddenly standing just outside a large wrought icon gate which reads "Trickster's Paradise", through which can be seen a street that looks like Hogsmeade... only something is just slightly off, and it’s not just the fact that your mother is walking down the street towards you somehow, even though she died 20 years ago. There's also the fact that you soon discover how Hogsmeade somehow branches off into Diagon Alley, with Hogwarts looming over it, and that the Ministry of Magic is at the other end of the front door of the Leaky. Not to mention that just beyond the Forbidden forest is that beach in Blackpool that you used to go to when you were a kid, and if you walk through the train station in Hogsmeade you end up in a field that you're pretty sure used to be in Ireland. Welcome to the Trickster’s Paradise. Feel free to settle in and find a place to stay; you’ll discover that somehow, most of your favorite possessions will appear in your home the moment you choose it. We officially opened this community a few months ago and there hasn't been much going on. We have four members and none of us are very active because we only have four members. So here is what I would like to do.

Please, take a look at our community. Check out the rules, the layouts, anything and everything. If there is anything about this comm, other than activity, that is making you, or others, hesitant to join, give us suggestions. We want to make this comm as user friendly as possible. No suggestion is too small or too ridiculous. We might not put all of them into action but each and every one will be considered seriously and carefully.

This is a sincere request to help make this community into something good that people will actually want to join so please don't make any derogatory comments. No bashing or flaming or trolling or whatever you want to call it.


Suggestions will be taken through the end of October at which time we will evaluate everything, make the necessary changes and have an official, grand reopening on November 15th.

Hello everyone! Overblogging is a South Park RPG that is based on Tumblr and we are looking for new, active members! This RP has a solid reputation, a tight knit community, and has been going strong for seven months. You will not be disappointed if you join us! :D

We are looking for ACTIVE players who love writing and, obviously, love South Park. RP experience isn't necessary, as long as you are friendly and will participate. Tumblr blogs are maintained IC, and many characters also have personal "private" LiveJournals. THE YEAR IS 2018 It's five years after the pandemic began. It spread quickly. England went first, then it spread to the rest of Europe, took the Middle East and spread to Africa. Russia went next, and from there it spread all throughout Asia. A boat of escapees from Japan effectively infected Australia, and although at this point, North and South America had closed off their sky and shorelines, it wasn't long before the seal was broken. The infected have taken over the world. They roam the streets like they belong there, clustering in the few places that humans still frequent. Electricity for the masses is a near-lost memory and now the only places that hold electricity are "safe havens" like shelters or churches. There are no more new cars or cushy apartments… right now every day is like a fight for survival. There are small pockets of resistance; miniscule armies of folks called Immune, a government group put together of people who have been bitten but show no effects whatsoever of the virus. After an Immune has been discovered, they're involuntarily recruited to work for the government regardless of what their prior lot in life was, killing infected and supplying the non-Immune with food and things to get through day to day life. TWISTING THE FUTURE With the second wizarding war finally over, families have returned to their normal jobs and normal lives. The students of Hogwarts have gone back to worrying about homework, boy troubles and the quickly changing fashion trends. As the technology in the Muggle world continues to progress, the wizarding world has started its own research. By 2022 the experiments in the Department of Mysteries mixing technology and magic have started causing adverse affects on the world around them. No one quite knows what they're doing in there, but if the students of Hogwarts want to flourish and finish their classes, they'll have to find a way to embrace or ignore the effects the expriments have on the magic they're supposed to be learning to use. Game opens with 20 accepted characters!
