What if your favorite childhood books, the books whose words you whispered in the middle of the night, suddenly began to whisper back? Even still, imagine the characters on the page springing to life before your very eyes! What if I told you… it happens- more often than you think. Those who have the gift are called Silvertongues and some have mastered the skill quite well. Others have not. Some are unaware of their ability until it is too late. Rather accidental, innocent in nature or purposefully hostile, somehow, villains have escaped the pages of their stories and have begun to wreck havoc on our world. But there is still hope. Heroes are gathering in wing, determined to protect the innocent. Who will you choose to be in the midst of the pandemonium? A civilian? A villain? A hero? Perhaps you’re one of the few that started it all- a Silvertongue, the product of the Myths. If you are, then beware! Those who have been endowed with the power have suddenly begun to disappear. Find out the cause of their disappearance and join our community! Become a player in the game of fiction turned reality! "The Myths" is a PanFandom RPG based on Carolina Funke's 'Inkworld Trilogy'. |
In the wake of coming in 12th place at Nationals, New Directions returned to Lima with even more determination. Next year was going to be different. Friendships were tested and shaken, while other relationships expanded and deepened. The next school year would be different. Senior year was upon more than half of New Directions and with it came the knowledge it was some of their last chance at Nationals. With the new school year comes many changes though. Most surprisingly are the new faces that showed up the first day at auditions. Some were young faces not yet known to New Directions vets. Other faces were those they hadn't expected to come calling. Regardless if they were welcome or not McKinley's Glee Club has and would always be a safe haven for all the losers that wanted to belong somewhere. Game Started 6/02/2011 Original Characters are being allowed 1 for every canon character you play! We are currently looking for: Rachel, Quinn, Mike, Tina, Mr. Shu, Sue, Emma, Azimio, and more We are now accepting Original Characters but spots for future Glee members are limited. |
It’s been ten years since Raccoon City was destroyed by the American government with the excuse that there was a melt down at a nuclear power plant. The company based out of Raccoon City has long since gone under in the public eye. Enter Mystic Falls, a small town in the middle of nowhere with ties to the civil war. A new pharmaceutical company has emerged, this one using the foundations built by Umbrella many years ago, as well as some of the test models by the sister company Tricell recently in the US and in Africa. Will they be able to get a foothold on American soil? Or will Umbrella’s little baby company be forced back into the shadows? |

All good stories start with "once upon a time" and this one isn't so different. Once upon a time, Man and Dragon lived in harmony and shared the land freely. The near-immortal dragons watched generations of man cycle through their lives. They watched kingdoms rise and fall, and watched the development of villages into towns. They advised king and commoner alike. The world was at peace ... ... though peace never lasts long. There were men and women of ambition, possessing a drive to better their world. They saw the dragons as the barrier keeping civilization from advancing beyond the current way of life. One magician in particular devoted himself to devising a way to remove the dragons from the world. He failed, but his daughter took up his cause after his death. She successfully imprisoned the dragons -- and was executed for her work. Over the years, magic users of all sorts attempted to wake the dragons, but with no luck. Encouraged by the way the balance was tilting, other ambitious magic users sought to use the current state of affairs to advance their own agendas. One necromancer took it upon himself to attempt to raise an undead army to seize the throne. His plan was derailed and he was executed -- but it was enough for the King at the time to issue a decree making magic taboo. Magic users were driven underground, and those who would have been students of the magic school were forced to contend with their powers on their own. Twenty-five years after the initial ban, the new King has decided to try to reverse the state of affairs. He has reopened the magical division of the Academy and encouraged magic users to once again reveal themselves and learn the art. The question remains ... is history bound to repeat itself? Here There Be is an original character, thread-only, high fantasy game. Magic, mischief, and mayhem await ... we look forward to seeing you here! |
