It has been 21 years since Batman first appeared in Gotham.

17 years since he had a run in with Catwoman, an elegant and seductive criminal that turned out to be the love of his (and Bruce Wayne's) life. So much so that she gave up her life of crime to fight along side him (and be Bruce's wife).

And 11 years since he disappeared.

Following a long and gruesome war with the Joker (one the claimed the lives of not only many civilians but Catwoman as well), Bruce Wayne hung up his cape and cowl. With Selina gone, he was now the only person their six year old daughter had and he would not see her orphaned the way he had been. Let the Gotham Police handle the criminals. He was done. From that day forward he would concentrate on being Bruce Wayne -- Father, Philanthropist, and CEO of Wayne Enterprises.

The Joker escaped, off to lick his wounds in Metropolis or whatever city he choose to wreck havoc on next, but the police did manage to get their hands on Harley Quinn. Sent back to Arkham, she remained there for almost ten years before being declared legally sane and rehabilitated.

Now she's back on the streets, supposedly a new person. But then...why is she rounding up some of the Joker's old henchmen. Turns out she is about to declare her own war on the Bat...one that she hopes will bring him out of hiding. Because, you see, she wants to string him up as a welcome home present for her Mr. J who she knows will be coming home anyday.

The only problem with her plan is Huntress, Gotham's newest caped crusader. For the past six months she has been working to foil Harley's schemes. Who is she? What's her connection to Batman? And is she really the savior everyone thinks she is?

The battle for Gotham is about to begin.

forgotham is a different kind of Batman game set in the "Nolanverse" but borrowing from all other Batsources. My hope is that by combining all these elements with a unique plot and placing them in a grittier, less stylized world that it will give the players a new freedom with which to explore their favorite characters.

Some of them even have special abilities related to their former selves. The dreams can be good or bad, but the one thing they all are is vivid. Those affected might feel like they're going crazy at first, at least until they begin to discover that there are more people like them, that these aren't just random, recurring dreams. onceuponadream

Premise When the land of Sinistra was young, there was but one land, and one ruler to see over it in its entirety. He was known as King Augusten, and his queen was called Violet. Together they ruled for nearly thirty years and the people were happy, nothing was denied of them, and as long as they continued to work together nothing could go wrong. But, King Augusten was only one man, he could not have eyes and ears in every part of his kingdom for it stretched on for thousands of miles in every direction, and there were traitors amongst his people....

This plant was mainly a secret, for no body really knew what went on inside. It was a Government facility, with little known to the towns folk, and even the employees. One snowy night, February 3, 1999, the plant had a little accident. The siren screamed out during the night, alarming the entire town. Immediately, an evacuation was put in motin. Whatever it was the Government was testing, was not ready for human contact. A year passed, and finally, things were taken care of, and families could return to the town, to their homes. But, two months passed, and things began to happen. (cont.)

Setting
It's morning in London and you wake up. You wake up in an apartment or behind the wheel of a car, on the street corner or in the seat at the cinema, in a diner's booth or on a roof- this is not where you remember falling asleep. As you venture outside (or off the roof) you realize things aren't right. There's no cars, no birds, no people. Save for a few buildings that appear to have collapsed in on themselves everything is in tact, it's like everyone just… left. There's no radio, no TV, no phones … the water still runs but there's no electricity. There are a few other people who you find, but their stories are the same as yours… 'I went to sleep last night, and woke up here'. There are people here from all over the world, some have never been to London before today.

As the sun goes down you find a place to sleep. It's dark, only candles and the moonlight to brighten the darkness. There are no vampires, no werewolves, no mist, no force barrier like in the movies… the night is just as safe or dangerous as the day. When the sun comes up there's a few others who 'wake up', not every night and there's no pattern to it but slowly the number of people grow… and sometimes it shrinks. So what do you do? How do you survive? And more importantly, who can you trust?

New Dublin

New Dublin is a harbor city that has been plagued by gang war for much of the past ten years. Five main groups rose up, each started for different reasons and each have evolved from a few people into much larger entities which control much of the cities nightlife.

Many groups grow fast and die out equally as fast, but the smart ones stick around longer. Each gang has different reasons for being; some for profit, some for security, while others act as guardians for their territory there are some who act as thieves. The tensions between the gangs are harsh and one member caught in another’s territory is met with severe punishment.

There are smaller gangs but the main Five control the greater area of the city. These five came together three years back and created something of a treaty. They all agreed that the wars had come to the loss of to many lives and thus some sort of peace was needed.

In a city where an unsteady treaty is the only thing that binds the gangs in peace, who do you pledge loyalty to? Or are you one of the brave who stands the middle line? Where tech is big, crime is high and brotherhood is more important than blood, where do you call home in New Dublin?

I'm looking for someone to play Megara opposite my Heracles (or Hercules, if we're talking Roman mythology) over at olympiaheights. Our old Megara quit, and I'm willing to restart the storyline (it's a reincarnation game, the greek gods and goddesses are in high school), or continue from where we left off (they had just gotten together). You do not need to be familiar with the greek god lore to play!

It would be awesome if someone were to use Rachel Bilson as the PB, but I really don't care as long as I'm able to find a Megara for my Heracles!

While I'm at it, I'm also looking for someone to play Andromeda to my Perseus at the same game - what I'm looking for is a basic romantic storyline - it really doesn't have to be based on mythology. I use Penn Badgley as Perseus, so a Blake Lively PB would be awesome, but once again not required in the least bit.
