RP: Sleep Walking Ghosts
Who: Draco & Theo
What: Sleep Walking Ghosts
Where: The Country House
When: April 19th
Warnings: TBD
Draco had only been living at the country house since Saturday. He had moved all of his things into the house easily enough, he had become an expert at moving large amounts of furniture and things. He had just used one of the delivery trucks from his antique shop and even had his delivery men deliver his things inside. After that however? Well… Draco had gotten a bit lazy. He had a date with Daphne over the weekend, he opened the shop on Monday, Tuesday he had brunch with Pansy, and really? By Wednesday night he was exhausted and still not up for unpacking anything. He was just glad that his bed had at least been put together so he had a comfortable spot to sleep in the past few nights.
Just as Draco was starting to drift to sleep, he heard a familiar shuffle. It was a noise he hadn’t heard in years, not since the dorms at Hogwarts. Since Draco felt absolutely safe in the country home with Blaise, he had been sleeping with his bedroom partially open. It was a thing from his childhood that had stayed with him as an adult. Though, if Draco were honest, he couldn’t remember the last time he had felt safe enough to leave his door open.
The noise didn’t disturb Draco, so much as caused him a bit of concern. He had thought Theo would have gotten over the sleep walking by now, it broke his heart just a bit that it still plagued the man. He pushed himself up right in bed, clad in just a pair of emerald silk pajama pants and nothing else. He didn’t mind, at least until he was moving to get out of the bed and realized Theo might not be okay that he had on only pants. He tried doing something that he wasn’t entirely sure would work, he stood next to his bed, squinting in the dark at his doorway where he could see Theo’s outline coming into his room.
“Theo, it’s Draco.” He said in a calm tone that was just loud enough to carry in the room. He knew better than to just startle a sleep walker awake, he had read up on it when they had been in school. It wasn’t good to just wake them, if his memory served him right.
