BEGINNING PLOT POST

PLOTTING DAY

WTF IS PLOTTING DAY?
IIII'M sure we all know how this works, right? But just for formality's sake. <3

Plotting Days occur at least once a month, providing a way for players to toss out ideas for what their character(s) will be doing for the month, scenes they'd like to do, lines they'd like to explore, etc. Other players can then come along and volunteer or contribute to your plot.

It should also be noted that Plotting Days are generally most active during the first 24 hours that the post is up. If you happen to miss the initial Plotting Day post, don't panic! You can still offer yourself up for plots in the OOC comm.

TIP: Bullet lists are snazzy and easier to read than single paragraphs!

GAMEWIDE PLOT ACTIVITIES FOR JULY
• We're going to open the game with a little founder's day celebration! We figured that would be the best way to get people interacting. I'll be putting up a group scene directly! You guys totally aren't limited to that, though! If your character wouldn't be at the celebration, or celebrating the celebration, you're more than welcome to put up an open scene in the comm!

• People getting focuses at game start can receive them whenever you want. At the founders day celebration? Later on in the night? The next day or so?

• What kind of storylines do you want for your kids? Ask and pimp for them here for them if you want! You guys know how it works!

◘ Oren is something of a nice-guy-pushover. He'd do just about anything for the people he cares about and he loves to be around people. Thus, he'll most likely be going to the Founder's Day celebration, not only for his adopted son Sam, but for himself. He's a social person.
◘ Growing up, Oren had a tough relationship with his parents, but a strong and loving relationship with his brother. As a young adult, he spent a couple of years living in the homeless shelter, rather than living with his parents.
◘ He's a proven genius. He graduated two years early and at the top of his class, but he doesn't really seek recognition for that fact. He just likes academia (though he's also a pretty big fan of creative things). His love for academia (and his relationship with a teacher in college) were what made him want to become a teacher.
◘ His focus is not his own. His adopted son Sam got strapped with a focus at the age of fifteen, to steal a large sum of money from the bank in Caelum. He refuses to let the boy fail, even if it means becoming a criminal himself.
◘ He has the ability of intuitive aptitude, so he knows how things (biological, inanimate or mental) work. It also serves him as something of an ability detector, so he can figure out what people's powers are.

ANYONE WANT TO PLOT WITH HIM?

	snort Maybe Mason's somewhat encouraging Sam to do something mischievous at the celebration. Like pranking a group of old people or something. And Oren disapproves? 	I think Milo was probably not happy about the homeless shelter living, so there's that. And I think both Maya and Elisa would appreciate his smarts. AND MAYA MIGHT PICK HIS BRAIN ABOUT SOME BIOLOGY THINGS, BECAUSE OF HER FOCUS. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	And Milo would just roll his eyes and probably drop the subject. BUT TOTALLY NOT UNDERSTAND THE REASONING. I think so too! She probably doesn't understand how he could have decided to further get educated, because she thinks that dangerous, but instead of judging she would ask ALL THE QUESTIONS so she could understand. 	Genius friends with Frankie? She didn't see the point in higher education, but I think she'd love to pick his brain about it all. She's still as curious as ever! Jairus would gladly offer his help to Oren when it comes to robbing a bank. Pretty much he's just sick of seeing people dying because of the idiotic focuses. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	YES PLEASE. He's extremely nervous about women in general, due to some bad high school experiences, but he definitely likes intelligent conversation! Oren would VERY MUCH APPRECIATE the help, because he's completely clueless as to how to go about it. He's a good guy and doing "bad" things makes him anxious. XDD (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Frankie's all 'But I'm not really intimidating....' but I get the reason why Oren is nervous around women. I think they could still definitely get along! Jairus thinks everything is a gray area now, but respects that Oren is still on of the 'good guys' - which is probably why he'll be even more willing to help him out. XD (Reply to this) (Parent)
