Hey guys.

A bit of bad news on the internet front. I'm sure a few of you are well aware of my shoddy connection (ah, the joys of student accommodation!) and I'm afraid to say that it's failed yet again. Unlike Becka's gracious neighbours, none of the wifi channels around me are open, therefore I can't even borrow a connection. :(

So I'm stuck on my phone until further notice. It sucks and it means I'll be slower with replies, but hopefully it shouldn't hinder me too much!

HAI GUYS. THIS IS JUST A HEADS UP.

So my internet at home isn't working right now, because of course it wouldn't when I have a three day weekend, right? >_< Fortunately I have a neighbor who, while the connection is kinda shitty, doesn't password protect his network so I am thieving as much as possible like a boss! SO I'm gonna kinda be here and not here for what I'm guessing is gonna be a couple days. Basically if I'm slower than usual replying to stuff or if we're talking on AIM and I suddenly vanish you'll know why and it's not because I don't love you anymore.

Maybe(hopefully) my neighbor's signal will decide to stop cutting out so I'll have internet and this post will be unnecessary, but I figure it's better to be safe than sorry, right?

So for any wards posted between this time frame, we ask that you put Fail!Warded to Character Name instead of the regular ward titles.

So, you know Lily. Seventh year Gryffindor, Head Girl, Slughorn's pet, smart as a whip, Potions genius, friend of anyone who isn't a purist or called James Potter. She'll defend anyone who needs it, as well as a few who don't, and will always Do The Right Thing. She's also stubborn as hell and can seem a bit uptight but really, she's a lovely person. She just doesn't think 'fun' is synonymous with 'public nudity and illegal acts'.

Kristine here with number 3, Mr. Daniel Edgecombe! He's a sixth year Muggleborn Ravenclaw who loves all things magic! He's very curious about it and thanks to his best friends Lucas Meadowes and Asa Spinnet, he often gets more than just satisfying his curiosity. His reasoning however is because he has troubled friends and he needs to be there for them, which in most cases he is, because he's supposedly the responsible one. You see, he's quite the obedient kid and often a stickler to the rules, not that he can't avoid not sticking to the rules, but he'll reason that it's because it's needed to break the rules in his own little naive way. His parents are high society Muggle folks as his dad is a business tycoon and his mom an heiress but clearly no one in the wizard world knows about him unless they're familiar of the muggle world. So he pretty much grew up in a happy world where he's not struggled at all and because of that he's a bit sheltered so he's somewhat oblivious to many things and would probably be like easily scandalized when presented with bad or promiscuous things and doesn't understand why people do bad things when they can be good!

Anyway, he's essentially a good kid and will be pretty much friendly unless he doesn't understand why you're doing bad things and will do all he can to make sure he can help you! If you show him interesting wizard stuff though, he might get a bit too interested that he'd forget about being the obedient kid that he is, but other wise he'd remind you that you're not supposed to be doing things when he can.

And of course, you can find out more about him in his profile because I butcher intros and don't do my characters justice with it. LOL.

Hey there, Vigilantes. Marie definitely doesn't have a firm grasp on the term "moderation", so the most recent friend button didn't include just one but two of her characters. Here's hoping they add a lil' something to the game. If not, just pretend and nod your head along with me. Very good. Here we go...


Asa Spinnet Jr. | 6th year Gryffindor ~ First of all, I apologize in advance for the quality of some of his icons. They were made back in the day, and frankly Ricky doesn't have heaps to go around. Anyway, without further ado, Asa in a nutshell. He's a half-blood with some Jewish lineage passed down through his maternal grandmum. Considering he was named after his dad many just call him "Junior" for the sake of keeping things coherent. He bleeds scarlet and gold, so you can expect him to be quite rowdy whenever House loyalties are drawn. Asa used to write monthly Quidditch feed for the school, but he's been promoted to bigger and better things since--Quidditch commentator! For a few things well known about Asa: he's 1/3 of a beautiful trio (Lucas Meadowes & Daniel Edgecombe), he is a sucker for a well thought out prank, and the boy WORSHIPS the Marauders. No, seriously. Asa has had a rocky past with a particular relationship, but it's something he doesn't like to get in to. Save for his sister only his two best mates know the details. Long story short: he lost the love of his life due to something he couldn't save her from, and it has left a rather hollow space. These days he tries to model his life after Sirius Black, but the problem is he can't manage to stop caring about the hearts he might break in the process. That said, he doesn't always make it near as far sealing the deal as his idol would. Sorry, Sirius. The boy has much to learn yet. Sullivan MacFusty | 6th year Slytherin ~ Sully is probably well known as one of the only, if not the only, student(s) currently attending Hogwarts to fail out of 1st year. There are many reasons why he didn't hack it, but he's beyond truly caring enough to talk about it these days. It turned out for the better as far as he is concerned. Anywho, Sullivan is that "Beater 2" from the Gryffindor-Slytherin match who decided the game was getting boring, so what the hell, why not "accidentally" smoke Sirius Black over the head with his bludger bat?! Feel free to hate on him at will. ^_~ Nah, Sully is generally a decent guy, provided you are among the choice few he approves of. Otherwise he can't be arsed to care about you in the slightest. He is a pureblood, and his family is well known for being the Scottish clan the Ministry of Magic put in charge of the islands with the Hebridean Black Dragons way back in the day. His kind are known for keeping to their land, so there are plenty of jokes circulating about inbreeding and things of that nature. Feel free to jump on that bandwagon at will as well. As far as connections are concerned, Sully has an epic (if not amusing) bromance with Regulus Black. He's the older cousin of Eloise Greengrass and Cynthia Flint. It's also significant to say he has claims on Callidora Nott, so mess with her her and face his wrath. Just a fair warning. OH HAI GUYZ. It's Becka, here with my third kid, the precious Benjy Fenwick!


Benjy is a 7th Year Muggleborn Ravenclaw, though you could also call him a Hufflepuff with the brain of, say, Spencer Reid from Criminal Minds? He's crazy smart (though he doesn't have the ~passion for research other 'Claws have), can read super fast, and is great at analyzing things. He tends to overthink sometimes and is often the voice of reason in a group, but for serious? Benjy is basically the boy your mother wanted you to marry as a kid because he is the embodiment of the sweet, nice, boy-next-door. He's super overprotective of his friends and family (LOVE ALL OF THE MUGGLES!) and bases a lot off of trust and honesty. He's also head over heels for Hestia Jones (since 1st year, basically) and would do pretty much anything for her, but he's still working on that department. It's a little bit ~complicated. >_< Girls are difficult, mkay?

Sometime on Friday during the day, Sirius tracked down your character and gave them a newspaper. Because he's ridiculous, he will have whispered in their ear that tonight they should tell the paper that they're vigilantes and something special will happen. Of course, then he sauntered away to keep playing paper boy, not giving them time to ask any questions. Feel free to ward stuff at him though! ♥

FIRST OFF, I AM SORRY FOR BEING MIA!



This week sort of got away from me and I dropped off the edge of the earth for a while there. But I'm back now and all is right with the world once more! As I return to you, I bring you another character! Admittedly, I should have introduced her last week but better late than never, right?

This is Callidora Nott. She's a sixth year Slytherin and yep, you guessed it, she probably doesn't like you. If Hogwarts was Mean Girls, she'd be Gretchen Weiners, because her hair is so big she probably knows all about you. Callidora is the type of girl who wants to get ahead and stay there. Any publicity is good publicity, even if people are trash talking you. She makes it her business to know things about people, as she thinks it will allow her to get ahead in the game. Yoooooooou all might want to watch what you do in public too, as Callidora's main hobby is photography and the lovely Cynthia Flint, author of Whispers of Witchcraft, is her best friend. So compromising pictures can and will be used to embarrass the heck out of all of you peasants.

She also happens to be a typical Pureblooded princess. Chances are, if you're anything less than a Pureblood, then she dislikes you. If you're a Muggleborn, she hates you. All very cliché, I know, but somebody has to be a bitch! She's a Daddy's girl through and through and really, she's a spoiled little brat. She expects everybody to know their place and won't suffer fools gladly. She likes her world as it is and woe betide anybody who attempts to change it. Whist she's an elitist cow, she's actually a pretty good friend if you fit the credentials. She does go out of her way for those she considers worthy enough to be her friend, so there's your silver lining.

O HAI LOVELIES IM JADIS (...crap), invading yo' game (hide yo' kids, hide yo' wife) after much stalking to bring you Amelia Bones!

Amelia is a 7th Year Hufflepuff, prefect, and all around dapper btch. She's the younger sister of Edgar Bones, who graduated out of Gryffindor house several years ago, and also has a younger brother named Thomas who's currently a 5th year puff. With the exception of a tendency to smoke in the bathrooms when it's cold outside, Amelia is an excellently impartial prefect. She has particularly high expectations for the good behavior of her house and 'I'm disappointing in you' is the highest of insults. Personality wise Amelia is polite, articulate, clever, and refined, but also blunt, imperious, cool, and if unless you're a close friend if you touch her things without permission expect revenge.

Also, Hufflepuff House, she apologizes for all the bonzai trees in the common room. She keeps adopting them during the school year and has no where else to put them.

This is Leah, strolling in very late in order to introduce you to Julian Finch!

Jules here is a seventh year Ravenclaw, resident Prefect, and the go-to-guy if anything of yours messes up. Yes, that's right! He'll sort out your leaking self-ink quills, tinker with your malfunctioning journals, and fix your magical items - all for free and with a smile! What more could you want? In terms of personality, he's pretty much your stereotypical Ravenclaw. The boy is smart and he knows it, is curious to know everything and is more than happy to shut himself away until he discovers the knowledge he desires, but as I have just very recently discovered he can be a bit of a joker with those he classes as his mates - so yay for a sense of humour! His best mate position has already been filled by the lovely Aidan Rosier, and the pair of them can often be seen around the castle, being epically bromantic. But other than that, Julian needs other lines! Friends? Maybe even a crush or two? Ladies, can I interest you? Step up and make yourself know. ;)
