Apologies to anyone near the pond by the Quills this morning, I was attacked by what looked like a devilish, evil sort of flying seahorse? I've had a few friends in my life that wouldn't have minded adding knives to their tails, but this just seems a bit extreme for all parties involved.

But! If your walls shook or you heard an annoyingly loud screech, that was me dispatching the beast, so the pond is safe again for the time being. But it did a good job at scaring the fish away, much to my annoyance.

Before you get worried, I'm no worse for wear than that tavern fight in le Havre. I doubt the cut will even scar. You're welcome to tell me how magnificent my song sounded, though, it's been a while.
[OOC: Anyone that lives in the Quills or visiting or could be nearby is free to have heard and felt (like a vibrating earthquake goes through them for a few seconds) his siren scream! It wouldn't harm you but it might make you feel a little woozy for a minute.]

The places where Tristan can be safe is narrowing far too quickly for a place that is rather open to magic.

Still seems safer than home, in a lot of ways. More chaotic with less ability to predict the enemy, though.

And if I did, I would tell you, if it was pertinent to everyone. There is not much you can do to change my mind about spilling accidental, personal thoughts. I would keep yours private too. It goes both ways.

Confused? That is not what I would have You should discuss it frankly with him. He's not unaware of what happened last week, and it's unlikely he would hold it against anyone for picking up a stray thought. Perhaps it was an accident?

I still believe my previous sentiment about talking to him stands. Even if they are his private thoughts, he may not know you have them. That is unfair and unequal in this instance. And now so do I We have never done well with secrets between us.
