Bet you all thought I was a goner, eh? Tough! I have been stitched back together and will be back charming all the pretty girls in town before you can say pelvic fracture. Which are two words I'd prefer to never hear again, if it's all the same.

When I'm done catching up on work I think I need to start training in earnest. What little I've been doing lately is apparently not cutting it. Anyone know a group I could join?

	I'm almost entirely confident in saying there is no good way to do that. I haven't been down there for a while, but you're right, I should start a routine, maybe get back into fight club.
