Turns out my dream persona got kicked out of the police academy. Probably because he's a cocky bastard who likes to act like he knows more than anyone else. But, I also think dream me is a pretty good detective. There's a detective who knows this, and blows me off anyway because apparently we had a thing. And it's over.

After I got arrested, and Eudora Patch let me go, I went to my little boiler room apartment at the gym. Someone was in there, but I knew it was one of my brothers. Luther. The one I like least. He has been harboring a suspicion that I killed our father, but now he knows I was boxing that night, and didn't do it. He and I aren't BFFs by any stretch, but it still hurts when your brother thinks, really believes, that you might have killed your dad.

For the record, my real dad isn't dead. That's only in the dreams.
