	Maybe. I tend to just be unnecessarily hard on myself when I make mistakes that I will go out of my way to not make them again. It doesn't always work, of course. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	It tends to depend for me. If I avoid alcohol, I can usually avoid such mistakes. Or if I'm drinking, simply make sure I'm drinking alone. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
