Well, that was a bust. How hard is it to find somewhere decent to rent that has a parking space and doesn't have a dozen flights of stairs?

	You should ask them if they have an elevator so that you don't have to deal with that many stairs. If they say no - you can automatically cross them off the lift of places to visit. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	Elevator maintenance isn't something these places are particularly good at. Last three were broken or - as I was told by a tenant on the way in - "freakishly unreliable, do not use it" (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Nothing wrong with taking the better offer. Especially without stairs. I'm pretty sure when my fiancee and I move we're going to be looking for a ground floor place or maybe even a one story house.
