I think I finally have gotten over the fact my last attempt at a boyfriend really did up and leave. I'm accepting that it was probably me, I'm a complicated mess of a person with this ability and all.

But I also know working sixteen hours at the Cafe won't fix anything. I need to step back and reconnect with my friends, all of whom I've alienated. Maybe I should have my managers manage, and me only stop by to do menu changes, for awhile.

	I think it's weird that I've been in a relationship so long. I didn't have a great track record. I don't know how perfect we are sometimes, but we have a son now so we make it work. 	It would be a very boring life if it were smooth sailing. I steal powers, memories, skills with a touch. My skin's deadly. It's... awkward at best. I've managed some control over it but not a ton, so it's often fully covered head to toe. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	True story. No. Not without things in the way - like fabric and stuff. Not quite the same, really. I have some control, a lot more than I started with. It's not perfect, have managed a minute or two at a time so far. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
