So after waiting to see how the latest cliffhanger is resolved..... not only have we ended up in space because of yet another monolith, but we are now apparently in the future as well. Because of course we are, why not.

You ended up in space because of a monolith? What sort of monolith?

Well, the first one was simply a Kree (alien race bent on domination) monolith which transported me to a different planet, Maveth. This one, while similar in properties though different in colour seems to have transported the majority of my team into the future. However, it does not seem that there is a matching monolith on the other side to make the journey back.

Space and time travel via monolith? That's a new one. Though these Kree, that sounds all too familiar with the domination thing. I'm going to assume they don't respond to anything but force?

No, they don't. They would also find other planets and run experiments to create soldiers of the people there. From what we can see so far, they are in charge of this outpost or..whatever it is we ended us.

They certainly sound like a race of people I would not like with the whole domination and creating soldiers thing. I do hope that you find a quick exit from there and are able to return home.

Well, I'm a biochemist so we'll see how easily I can create time travel. But yes, the sooner we can get back to our time the better.

Well yes, though if there's one monolith that results in time travel, there's probably another one that does it. It's more just having to find it.

Exactly. We couldn't find the monolith on the 'future' side in the immediate aftermath and were a bit more focused on trying to get a message to Earth before we realised the truth of it all. The next trick of course will be surviving the trip back to the bunker or whatever it is given our current position in the midst of the debris field.

Hopefully you will navigate through everything relatively easily. Chances are you may just randomly stumble upon the monolith you need to get back home. At least that's how it tends to work out.

I certainly hope that will be the case.
