I'm finally getting this cast/boot thing off my leg! Can't wait to get back to training and rehearsing!

Any advice from dancers or fighters who have broken legs before about how to get back into the swing of things and not overdo it?

	I haven't exactly been able to exercise as vigorously as I used to, so my cardio function will probably have suffered as well as the muscle mass in my leg. You seem a bit adverse to the idea, makes a girl think you don't want her anymore,,, (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
