Thank god my boyfriend can blow things up with magic. Unlike some people here, I have no special abilities nor do I use any weapons, so the fact that Royston has magic probably saved our lives this weekend when his house got swarmed by a group of zombies.

Closest I've come to really killing anything was when the gremlins invaded. Ended up using some paint thinner to set a few on fire. And that is why I'm never getting my security deposit back, if I ever move out of my apartment.

Well, paint thinner is flammable. I heard a noise in the other room and panicked. I'm lucky I didn't blow up my apartment.

That does seem to be something relatively common. Magic, I mean. I have magic, too. I just...haven't been able to do as much with it. I guess I could have used the same sort of idea of lighting a candle and applied it, but I'm not sure how that would have worked.

It's definitely possible, but I think luck is not with me. I had a dream boyfriend and he's falling for another girl. I'm pretty sure my luck has not improved.

Absolutely. Luckily there's a whole Magic Guild and I can go and learn magic there. I have a lot of books, too.

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't try it with a car. I mean, when they do it on The Walking Dead, they always have to abandon the car after plowing down a couple zombies.
