It feels like you've been punched in the face I really don't recommend it. I've gotten into fights before.

And there might be street fights I may or may not get involved in.

It's not for everyone, but we should all know how to defend ourselves. I used to dance when I was younger. It translated well into my training.

You're probably right about the defending ourselves thing. I've heard dance helps with a lot of athletic type things.
