You know that thing where a Dr. Phil re-run suddenly reveals that somebody's been playing you for YEARS and you were too dense to notice it up until now?

Clearly, I should have done the psych major after all.

I'm going to respectfully request that 'Dr Phil' and 'psych' are never used in the same post again together, if it's all the same to you.

Man gives me a rash.

I can do that as far as the real psychologists and psychiatrists are concerned, definitely. Just, you know. The pop kind sometimes jumps out, smacks you in the face and makes you feel even dumber because you're learning it from them. ...Hell...

Games Foster Kids play? Shit, Queen, you're late to the game even for you. ...Is he still not speaking to you?

...Not really no. Kind of a pain, considering I got him knives to try when he's ready for a sport again.

How's he doing anyway?

Hasn't really talked to me in over a week. Screening his calls, I think. Not sure what *I* did but...

Do I need to step in here?

Because I've been trying to let his real dads handle this, you know?

If I had to guess? It's probably the readjusting to life where you hide from people you care about thing. I did it too. Worrying from this side of things though.

I probably wouldn't notice. I haven't before. It's not that they're dense, it's just that they really want to believe what they're told, I guess.

Yeah, that'd my my tendency to take things at face value with the person in question acting up all right. Weird though.
