I'd say making sure his buds survived while he fought tooth and nail's a better way than ending up splat like a pancake on concrete. Among the choices (using that term loosely here) that were presented, anyway.

Shake off the dream blues, romp around and enjoy your marriage. I don't think we can say for sure what's going to happen here, but I think all of us are on the same boat of not letting you become a widow this soon.
