Battleword. Where Doom is god and creator, of all the absurdities in the universe. He, Stephen Strange, and the Molecule Man seemed to have saved what they could of the collapsing multiverse and shaped what was left to Doom's image, as it were. I still cannot believe Stephen would ally himself with Doom.
Needless to say, Stephen filled us in on the details once he'd awoken us from the Raft, only to sacrifice himself before Doom's god-like wrath in order to set things in motion for us. We were scattered across the patchwork planet - each with its own unique...ecosystems, you could say. I'm not entirely certain how to even describe each section of his world. Almost like miniature kingdoms so vastly different from one another. But the people there, they were not from our Earth, but pulled from various parallel earths when everything collapsed.
In the end, I marshaled the army of the dead as only the King of the Dead can, in a ruse that helped the others in bringing about Doom's ruin. It was not without sacrifice however and in the end, the world broke apart. I don't know the fate of Reed and the others. I saved myself by grabbing the reality stone that appeared at random. Then suddenly, I was back in Wakanda, as before the incursion, as if nothing had happened at all.
Beyond perplexing. But I'm grateful that all is back to normal, as some others here have said. It gives me a sense of peace at least, that in the end, the universe somehow reset itself to some degree.
