Nope! We don't have electricity in my dreamworld. We can do spells with lightning, but that's it.

Brownouts on the base, too. Granted, it has been really hot the past few days. Guess everyone's using their AC at the same time. This state's infrastructure needs an overhaul as of yesterday.
