I heard someone mention this network, and felt a bit compelled to look it up. I think I found the right place?

In any case, my name is Lance. I just moved here to take a temporary teaching position at Creekside High School, so, I'm going to keep my fingers crossed it works out all right.

I would say the opposite. I can't imagine teaching such a young age. I'm sure it must be fun, though.

It definitely is. But it's exhausting too. But I suppose that might just be teaching. What subjects I you teach?

I don't doubt that much. Just the thought of it exhausts me.

I mostly teach English, though I've dabbled a bit in history. Actually, I've been a substitute for so long that I think technically I've taught every subject at least once.
