Laura and I are looking into getting a new place and passing our current place on to Jubilee's cousin since this place is completely paid for and it only makes sense. Thing is, neither me or Laura have ever done the house/condo/apartment buying thing before. Anyone have any tips or advice?

My building's got a few places that have opened up. Really nice area, view of the ocean if you can get one of the ones with a view.

As far as advice goes, cash is king. If you've got enough to pay for it outright, or most of it, you can get a pretty sweet deal.
