That was an odd dream? I blame it on being ill! Whoever Mr. Boggins is, we ate all of his food, drank all of his ale, threw all of his dishes, and chatted about something to do with doors. That all happened with a lot of other friends and family there, and a very, very, very tall old wizard fellow with a stick and a pointy hat.

We were short compared to him. Maybe he put a spell on himself to make himself bigger? Although that's sort of unnecessary and rather inconvenient, considering he kept having to duck to go through the doorways.

Oh well. I must've had a fever while I was snoring away, trying to get over this cold or flu.

I'm sorry, Dani! I kept feeling under the weather so much that I've been coming in later than intended. I'll be in right on time, tomorrow!

Later Edit for Dani: I suppose I'll be getting dragged into the doctor's soon, so I'll bring a note if I need to be off work. Promise!

I THINK THAT WAS HIS NAME! Rather unfortunate, that. I can remember Boggins much easier, since who would name themselves after a bag they put things in? Boggy. Everything out that way seemed smushier, ground-wise.

Why would you do that out on the front steps where everyone else showing up would tromp through it? This isn't making any sense!

A what? Now that's rather silly. Everything seemed normal size to me. I dreamed of dwarves but I'm not one! I suppose this might be one of those rather funny dreams people are having? No way am I THAT SHORT. I'm 5'7 and 3/4". What are you on about?!

I thought you were a good chap, but I can see you're being a bit of an ass by name calling over the internet like that. Why would Tauriel, who's so nice, be friends with an ass?!

It was and it would be! At least you're not complainy about it! I mean, certainly? I admit that it's odd. It's not normal. But it's still the prospect of a fun time, I've gathered! I felt pretty excited for it. Wizard included!

I haven't been feeling too wonderful? I'm sure it's nothing to worry about! It's probably some lingering something I've picked up and nothing contagious any longer? Everyone else I've been around is fine!

Are you all right after that business I don't want to get into mentioning in too much detail, that last happened? I mean, obviously you are, or you wouldn't be typing in here so don't answer that. It was silly and terrible and I don't want to dredge it up here when people got all upset about it.

Forget I said anything about it!

Am I not allowed to worry about a friend? That sickness really doesn't sound good at all.

I'm fine! I got a bit scratched up by the dark creatures last week, but it was nothing that our healers couldn't tend to. It's mostly healed over now.

That other business was nasty, but all you can do in times like this is keep looking forward.

You are and I can't stop anyone from worrying, only reassure them that I'll keep tumbling on through it all and come out fine on the other side. Never fear! And I'm glad you got healed up after dangerous times? That's very convenient!

That's precisely what I tried to tell someone on the internet after it happened! Maybe it got her mind off it? She eventually said something about how hot your friend Legolas was.
