A few more weeks and I'll be free from this plague we call high school. I won't miss it really, I won't. The adults always tell you you will miss it but they're lying. They really just miss their youth not that dreaded place. I am certainly buying myself a new camera as a reward for making it through.

	There are a few good people out there. College professors are a little more educated than High school teachers so maybe they know what they're talking about. We'll have to see. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Very true, or much more...focused in specifics may be the better term there. At least in my case, they have definitely gone where I will be going and I have found some excellent editors to work under as well. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	There IS much to be said for learning the things you care about on your own later of course. In my case, my degree has brought experience but there are others who have done the work without a day of school. Whatever works best for those involved, I think.
