Hannibal is really quite excited for the dinner party. He hasn't had one in far too long, and has taken great joy in preparing everything just so. Mischa's desserts are in the kitchen, to be served later in the evening, and the staff he hired are setting up platters with his various amuse-bouches.

Hannibal himself is dressed in one of his best suits, a step up from his usual fare but a step down from opera black tie. Hopefully, his guests will understand what 'black tie optional' means and dress accordingly.

Glasses of wine and champagne are circulating, and there's a small bar set up should anyone require something other than that. There are a few staff members lingering in the foyer to open doors and take coats, if the need arises.

Now all he has to do is wait for his guests.

Jace should be more concerned with consequences, but he really wasn't. He could almost feel his cousin frowning at him, which made him want it that much more. "I think we can afford to lift at least one," he said with a quick grin.

"There should be a Magic Mountain group again this summer. You should come with us." The last years trip had been a lot of fun, and Jace couldn't resist the huge coasters with all the loops.

Jace picked up a glass right after Harry. The man gave them a look, lifting a casual eyebrow, but continued on his way with the others. Jace shrugged and took a drink. "I don't think he cares all that much. All the better for us."

"If you have never been there, it is a mad rush." Jace loved all the huge roller coasters, and that park boasted the most of any park in the world. "It's the coaster capital, and they don't play. There are a few there that will blow your mind."
