John was in the travel agents picking up some brochures on different west coast road trips that he and Glimmer could possibly take. He was just looking for ideas, he’d drive them on his bike but if they had an idea about things in different areas then they stood more of a chance of actually seeing something interesting instead of just driving aimlessly.

He especially wanted somewhere with great scenery so she could get some great shots and maybe send them into the photography magazine competitions that seemed to occur fairly regularly.
