Hazel, hi, it's Max. The rift-closer, from Valarnet - we've talked before, and you helped out quite a bit during the escaped demon mess. I had another question for you though, regarding your abilities. If you don't mind answering.

Hi. I remember. I don't mind answering. What's the question?

Can you pick up on mineral-like substances? If I gave you a sample, maybe, you'd be able to sense a deposit of the more raw, potent growths underground maybe?

Possibly? I've never tried with anything outside of the usual. I can try. Is it something that you'd need me to bring out of the ground or just sense?

I would repay you, of course. Owe you a favor, however you want to do it.

And just sensing the substance would be good. It's dangerous, and I wouldn't want you handling it for too long. Or anyone handling it for too long. I might need to find someone who can teleport for bringing it out of the ground.

Um I don't know if that's technically necessary. Unless you'd feel better that way.

It's not really handling it? It's just summoning. But I guess if it's dangerous, it might be better to be careful. ...I could ask my dad. He's kind of the god of the dead and can teleport? I'd have to ask first, though.

I'd feel better, yes. So whatever you'd like in return.

With lyrium, it's always better to be careful. It's a very volatile substance from my dreamworld, but. I'd probably also feel better if you asked your father.

I'll think about it.

Danger is pretty much my entire life. I'll ask him, though.

Thank you, Hazel. It's kind of nice living in a community where you can count on others to help.
