I fear what you've heard. I only get ominous messages like these in dreamland right before an ambush.

Only good things, I promise, and I'm not planning an ambush. At least not today.

You're the dragon slayer, Pete and Lina's friend?

I wouldn't call myself a dragon slayer, though I tend to react negatively to anything with wings and teeth that deems it necessary to vomit fire in my general direction.

Ah, wait. We're going to be godparents together, aren't we?

Slaying dragons, that's one thing I haven't done. Moved time and space, but no dragons. I should correct that one day.

We are, yes. It's why I wanted to meet you officially. Sorry, I'm a little out of sorts now because my niece who lives with me and is an empath decided to disappear after she found herself in a coma during the fog.

I'm off to a great start with this quasi-parenting thing.

Dragons are a cultural norm. Moving space and time though, not so much. Sounds like it could be potentially very catastrophic?

Bloody hell, that sounds like a headache for this lovely Friday morning. It's good to meet you, Zatanna, though you've got my condolences dealing with that lovely surprise. How old is she?

It was to save the universe, so it would have been more catastrophic if I hadn't. Time magic is tricky though - I try not to use it very much as a general rule.

I could go for some coffee and aspiring, no lie. But it's good to meet you too. Raven just turned seventeen. I didn't even know she existed because her mother, my sister, died in childbirth and her father is a complete goon. So she's only been with me a little over a year.

I'd be afraid of an accidental 'butterfly effect.' The smallest of alterations can cause the biggest of changes.

A somewhat hairy family situation, though it's nice how you managed to find each other regardless. Teen years tend to be rebellious, though, and that age where kids do not very bright things for equal parts of self-discovery and naivety.

We were battling an evil time traveler. There's always someone evil with too much power, etc. But it turned out alright. Gotham's not exactly the most fabulous dreamland anyway.

I moved here to get to know her, so overall it settled nicely. And when I was a teenager, I was probably a lot worse on my own personal quest for self-discovery. We live and learn from our not bright mistakes, no?
