Who Chris and Toby
What Toby is an alcoholic and Chris wants him to stop. And it has nothing to do with his jealousy that Toby is spending time with somone else. Really.

Chris hadn't been home when Toby got back the day before from his little evening out at the bar. He had made sure Holly was alright-when he had started being concerned for the kid notonly because it would piss of Toby if he wasn't, who knew?-before grabbing the keys to his bike and taking off. He had driven for hours, ending up at some bar himself, drinking and passing out, waking up in a hotel room that someone had taken him to, charged to his credit card while he had been knocked out. He would have been a bit more pissed if he a)didn't have a pounding headache with his hang over and b)wasn't so relieved that the room was the only thing charged on the card, besides the drinks he had from the night before.

Pulling himself together, Chris headed back to Beecher's, his anger still there over the man's actions, his jealousy over Toby wanting to go to a bar 'by himself' (something Chris doubted) rather than have him come out to meet him added to it and now his annoyance at his headache, the sound of the bike making it worse.

It was not until around two o'clock that Chris pulled into the garage at their place-their place being a new thing to him since Holly had said she wanted him to move in, since Beecher had said he wanted him to live there-and trudging into the house, tugging off his coat and throwing his helmet and keys on it before heading for the bathroom for aspirin and a shower.

	Chris got up at that, moving to stand over Toby before sitting down on the edge of the couch, running his hand along the man's chest, rubbing it, trying to further calm the man, make him forget Chris' anger-it would play well for him later if Toby wasn't fully suspecting some sort of action. 	Toby's eyes weren't exactly trusting, but he kissed Chris back anyway, deciding to take what he could get. He wasn't exactly relaxed, but he at least relented to the touch. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Chris opened his mouth and licked at the man's lips, making a soft noise, coaxing the man to just give in, to relax-He wasn't going to hurt him anymore in this exchange. Well, unless, as always, provoked. Chris' moods could turn on a dime. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	With the sigh, Chris smiled and leaned down to press their chests together, hand moving up to Toby's hair. He was fine to take this and make this making out a way of getting the man to trust him, or at least to not think about what Chris might be thinking, might be plotting. 	And even though everything in Toby was warning him otherwise, he did finally calm down, letting his arms move around Chris' waist as he relaxed into the kiss. The least he could do was give Chris what he wanted, to hopefully appease him, make him forget about the whole thing. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

A wonder, that they both were trying to make the other forget, and it was almost sad in a way. Not that Chris would think that, of course-he'd find it funny that Toby thought he could possibly be distracted so much by his making out (even if Chris thought the same regarding Toby).

Deciding to make this one of the more gentle moments between them, since roughness would only add to Toby's worry, suspicion, and so on, Chris moved carefully to lay himself out over Toby on the couch, resting their hips together as he kept the kiss going.

	He made a small face into the kiss as he recognized the ploy, but didn't call attention to it, instead just wrapping his arms more fully around Chris, holding him close. He was somewhat depresesd that it was coming down to this, that they couldn't just talk like a norm- Hah, them, normal. He actually had to stop himself from laughing at the thought. Chris just went on kissing the man, stroking fingers through his hair-this was how Chris functioned, how he knew how to keep Toby close. Though he could talk his way out of a lot, he could kiss his way out of more, he figured. This was how they worked.

Pulling away slightly after a moment, Chris licked his lips and stroked his hand against the other man's cheek, "I love you, Toby," He whispered, eyes determined, as if set on the man believing those words even if he knew, he had had confirmed that Toby didn't only believe him but also returned the affection.

He damned the way his chest fluttered a little at the words- damnit he was being manipulated, he knew it. Why the hell did he fall for it every time? Swallowing slightly, he nodded, brushing his cheek into the touch with the motion. "I know, Chris. I love you too." He still shouldn't, his mind added bitterly, but it was outvoted by two other, stronger parts of his anatomy.

A smile formed over that, and it would almost be considered honest on anyone else's face. He leaned forward to kiss the man softly, short as he spoke against his lips, "I know, baby," He purred before kissing him again, lips tugging at Toby's bottom lip lightly as he rolled his hips. He just wanted the man to believe him. His love for Toby was real, and even if he was angry, if he was jealous, if he was lying, if he was fucking dead, that wouldn't change. A dangerous focus on one person, perhaps, but he frankly didn't care, and Toby didn't seem to mind at that moment.

	Toby relented, arching up into the movement of Chris' body. He decided it was better to be the focus of the man's love, than his rage. At least the former was ~~mostly~~ sure to keep him alive. It would certainly keep him alive longer than those that angered Chris, no doubt.

His eyes finally fluttered closed when the man grasped his ass, and he smiled into the kiss with a soft growl, hand stroking at Toby's hair. He arched his own back a bit, pressing his hips down a bit more. There had always been a fine line between Chris' anger and his arousal, after all.

It didn't hurt in the least and Chris purred, squirming right back as his hands moved, chest resting heavily against Toby's for a moment before Chris sat up to remove his shirt. He was panting slightly, smirking down at the man as he took Toby's hand and placed it to his chest, over his tattoo and heart, "It's yours, baby," He grinned widely at the sentiment before bending for another kiss. There was an odd freedom in thinking the man might know him manipulating him, because he could say anything and it was not always taken at full value. He meant that his heart was Toby's, and it was cheesy to say as much, but with the man thinking he was only saying things to further his case, it took the weight of speaking the truth away.

	Chris' eyes burned with lust at the scratch to his chest, his body arching into it, and when Toby but his hand on his tattoo, Chris returned the favour, smiling, "Mine," He repeated, rubbing his palm against the man's ass before purring, "All mine, baby," And kissing the man eagerly, lifting him up into his body, pressing to him. 	"Look at me, Toby," Chris said as he stood, offering his hand to the man, wanting the man to keep his eyes on him, to watch how he stayed so loving, so honest with his affection-perhaps it was showing off how he was able to cover his frustration, his jealousy, or perhaps not. Growling softly at the scrapes, Chris rolled his hips against Toby's, sucking at his lips in annoying little nips with a grin before pulling away and taking the man's hand again, tugging him towards the stairs once more, "Come on, baby, I want you now," How they alway ended up having sex, even when fighting...Chris would not have gotten away with fist fighting with his wives, he had to say.
