Who: Sam Winchester the New and Mary the Virgin.
What: Coffee!
When: The Friday after Sam's arrival.
Where: Coffee shop in London.
Warnings: Nope!

Mary was out on the patio of the coffee shop that Sam had mentioned. She was a little early, and as such, was reading her book and enjoying the early spring breeze. Every now and then, a little girl of three or four would come and sit down by Mary, and Mary would pull her into her lap, reading to her for a moment or three. It didn't really matter that the girl didn't know the story, she loved sitting with the older lady and Mary loved sitting with the little one.

"I hear you there. I basically survived on fast food and bags of chips and funyons since I can remember. It's a wonder I haven't had a heart attack yet," Sam said with a lopsided smile, pulling out Mary's chair for her before sitting down, himself. He wasn't really thinking about manners, but the few he had, he managed to adhere to strongly. Taking a seat facing the door, Sam looked over the menu, which, while having halfassed English translation, made him pull a completely baffled face. "I don't think I've been this confused by a menu since going down to Mexico," he laughed.
