Nimue had been in a wonderful mood all day. Schadenfreude was one of her very favorite things, especially when it came to Arthur Pendragon. Nimue was gleeful just at the thought. She had been perfectly cordial with Gwen, though. Nimue liked the girl well enough, and it was nice to have a friend she could spend time with.

She and Amy were having tea with Gwen when she had started exchanging message with Merlin about Arthur's son. They had quickly gotten off topic, and Nimue asked Gwen to watch Amy for a few hours before excusing herself. Her plans for Merlin were certainly not appropriate for children to witness.

Some time later, the sheets tangled underneath their sweaty bodies, Nimue rolled over onto her stomach. She rolled her shoulders, stretching like a cat. She was practically purring. Yes, this was definitely a good day.

	"I love you too," Nimue said before kissing him back. He was adorable when he grinned like that. "Are you going to put that ring on me?" she asked, looking pointedly at the box. "My hand looks naked without it." As did the rest of her. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	He couldn't stop smiling or shaking as he pulled the ring out of the box and placed it on her finger. It looked right on her hand and he felt like this was right. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Nimue smiled. "It's lovely," she said softly. "It will be nice to include Gaius and Amy in the ceremony, too." In a way, it was good the children had come before the ceremony. They made it seem more important. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	"Speaking of," Nimue said, sitting up. "I told Gwen I would be back to get Amy before too long." She looked down at him, running her hand across his forehead and through his hair. "Though... She likes Amy. I'm sure she wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer.." That playful, devious look was in her eyes again. (Reply to this) (Parent)
