Alice was actually a bit nervous, and her fingers itched for a cigarette. She'd long since quit, but at times, when she was nervous, she still longed for the calm that nicotine gave. She hadn't been on a first date since she'd met Dan, and that had ended up quite poorly. But Kon was cute, and he was sweet. That even came out in text. It had charmed her enough to want to find out more.

She paced in her jeans and white men's button-down, shivering a bit. She hoped she'd recognize him when she saw him.

Alice squeezed his hand. "If you want to slow down, we certainly can. I'm not saying that I don't want you to take me home and screw my brains out, but I'm saying that if you don't want to right away, I understand. I just want to make sure I don't fuck up my chances at another date."

She nibbled on her sandwich some more, amused at how easy it was to be candid with him.

Alice cocked her head to the side, then remembered that he'd said he'd switched due to whatever the hell was making everyone switch. But he'd also said that he was a boy originally.

"Kon. Don't worry about that, okay?" Alice had kissed a few girls - sexual experimentation was part and parcel of being a stripper. "Just don't worry about it. You're going to have as many dates with me as you'll have me for, okay?" She bit her lip, giggling a bit as he kissed her hand.

"You told me that this is you. Even when - or if - you switch back,you're still Kon." Alice didn't really understand, if only because she hadn't had to switch genders, but she could see how it would be disorienting and horrible. She liked Kon already, and wanted to be there for him if he needed a shoulder to lean on. At the very least.

"It's... it's like losing something and not being able to find it, and always feeling it. And... well, I guess I was pretty damn attached to being a man, maybe even a little sexist, you know? Because it hit me really hard, being a woman, suddenly, and I didn't deal very well the first few days."

Alice made up her mind, reaching into her purse and getting out her cell phone. She called the car back around and wiggled out of the table to settle the bill. Once she'd returned to the table, she smirked, folding her arms.

"C'mon. If you get hungry later, we'll order in, but we're going to make the most of this while it lasts. When you change back, I'll have to remember how to have sex with a girl, but you can teach me." She winked and tugged on his arm.

Alice winked at him. "Don't worry, I'll take care of that if the time comes." She climbed into the car and waited for him to get in after her. She swung herself up so that she was straddling him, hovering slightly over his groin. She kissed him hard, testing his comfort level with her. She didn't want to pounce on him and make him nervous if taking it slow was the better strategy.

Alice held his hand, beaming as she lead him up the stairs to her flat. She only let go of his hand to unlock the door.

Her flat had three bedrooms, and looked every part the flat of a pampered heiress. She'd hated it at first, but came to realize that it wasn't really hers. She certainly hadn't decorated it.

"The girl I replaced really liked pink. I'm redecorating right now. I've got my room done up okay." She went into her room, flicking on the light and smiling. She'd redone it in dark wood with lots of bookshelves and a bed so soft and huge she could get lost in it.

She turned back to him and started to unbutton her shirt. "Still okay with this?"
