It only took Jack a moment of consideration, before he straightened his hat, gathered his coat around him, and headed out towards the barn where he knew Ennis would be waiting. It was ridiculous, the way seeing Ennis actually say- well, type- those words made his heart skip. He wasn't some fruitcake who fell over himself to get a man to fall in love with him. But this wasn't just 'a man'. This was Ennis. And if he was honest, he'd loved the man for just as long. The words were just a formality. One he really seemed to enjoy.

Working the barn door open, he glanced around, before just leaning himself against the wall to settle in to wait.

	He hadn't expected to find himself able to knock Ennis off him either, and actually laughed with the shock. He dropped to his knees almost instantly, wrapping his arms around Ennis with a hard kiss, rocking into him for contact's sake. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	For once, Jack didn't go down without a fight, wanting his share of the submission; to prove to himself he could possess Ennis just as fully. Still, Ennis had size on him, as well as sheer determination, and eventually he found himself on his back on the ground, glaring up at Ennis with a hard look, fuelled more by lust than anger. 	That was patronizing enough to get a second effort out of Jack, managing enough force to throw Ennis over into the nearest pile of hay, pinning him down in a mirror of how he'd been held. "Don't need your damn permission, now d'I?" A ghost of a smile washed over his face, before he bent down to take Ennis' mouth in a bruising kiss. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Ennis arched his back against Jack, but without intent to topple him over. He submitted to the kiss, his hands moving to the back of Jack's head, and sliding back down to his jaw. He grunted, one hand moving down Jack's back in a tender caress. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Jack's slight frame and longer legs gave him an advantage, but he knew better than to shoot too far ahead of Ennis, and get himself attacked from behind. He stayed about equal untill the reached the steps, vaulting them and grabbing the handle of the door. Wrenching it open, he gave Ennis a grin and a bow, panting out a laugh. 	Ennis made a grab for Jack's waist, in an attempt to pull him away from the door, so that Ennis could slither in ahead of him, and declare himself the winner. Ennis was laughing too hard to be successful, and instead managed to lose his balance and fall to his knees, hands on Jack's waist trying to pull Jack down with him.
