Belle hummed as she looked through the racks, trying to find an item Jeanne had wanted in her size.

"So, how was your night out last night? Meet any cute guys?"

Belle smirked as she teased the other woman, handing her the article of clothign she'd wanted.

It was awesome to finally have a female friend.

Somehow, While I was transgendered and after recovering from a five days insane orgy, I got drunk and married a billionare who died two weeks later... somehow that sounds bad." She snickered. "Of course. I'm sure our ladies will be more than happy to be put to the test."

She listened to his story, and patted his hand softly. "What? That the billionaire husband of a secret assassin died two weeks after they were married? What could be suspicious about that?"

She thought of something then, and tilted her head. "Who did that to you, anyway? Does it have something to do with that movie?"

He nodded.

"They have been nothing but kind and welcoming to be as a woman. Hopefully they will be the same as a man."

He looked down.

"Yes. When I first arrived I was stupid and stillin old habvits. I did... bad things to your younger self, and I died in the bargain. When I came back by this place's odd grace, I managed to fall afoul of her, this time, and she and Merlin, ah, they used magic to make the first movie with me, and stick me in female form. Afterward, in the wake of the Europe disaster, I was stuck on a cruise ship that had mostly frat boys on it, and... a second movie was made. It was after that when I was drunk, sometime around the third day of s spectacular drunk, that I met the man I married. I will never drink like that again."

He shook his head.

"I just want to not look back. I paid for my crimes, I feel, and I just want to try to build a new life. I wont go near her again, or him, and I will do my best to be a new man."

He did not look up at her.

She touched him, softly. There was a part of her mind that recoiled, that told her to run, or kill him.

But she shoved it to the back. If there was no forgiveness for him, then she was just as doomed. "I've killed you once too. Just for the record. I can't help or change what she thinks of you, or did to you, but I can hope that this is the last either of us has to think about it."

She turned his head so their eyes met. "Like I said, you've not hurt me, so I won't judge you by your past."

He'd pissed off Merlin. Good Lord. She hoped nothing came of that. She really, really hoped.
