Catherine waited around a certain street corner in New York, where she and Calliope were wont to go hunting. She hoped the other woman remembered. It felt so odd, to just ... appear here. In the middle of things. And Calliope had a boyfriend, and it was strange. She was happy for her friend, but felt vastly out of place. |

WHAT: Checking up on Arthur
WHERE: Guildhall
WHEN: A few days after Mal arrived
WARNINGS: Nah
It had not been long to find a trace of this Petit and her guild; there weren't many assassins' guilds that kept hackers or chemists on retainer. Mal showed up armed, at the nearest portkey she could find to the guildhall's location on the outskirts of New Orleans. She ought to feel at home, somehow, but this wasn't France and it wasn't real French. But it was the States, and if her children had been here, they'd have been nearby. |
