Why: Because she's only 12 and Daemon wants to protect her.

Really Cuddy didn't want to have this conversation. She thought it was probably best if they would just kind of ignore the whole thing. Of course that wasn't going to happen. The other night with Bruce had been just a whim, maybe. Or she didn't really know. The fact that it was with him of all people got her a little irritated. He had broken her heart, and she had just kind of crawled right back.
Oh how pathetic she was. But that's why they were having this conversation, right? When he told her that he wanted to talk, she told him to come by the hospital to her office, and then they'd talk. |
