Previous Entry  Add to memories!  Tell a Friend!  Next Entry
Entry tags:anthony j crowley, aziraphale

Who: Aziraphale and Crowley
What: Reuniting Zira with his books
Where: A series of book rooms at Oxford
When: Tonight
Warnings: So an angel and a demon poofed into a book room...yeah. NWS, kids.

There was really no need to stand so close to the demon, and yet Aziraphale stood as close to Crowley as he could. He simply wanted to be near him, to take in the sight and the smell of him. Besides, he'd always rather loathed the swirling motion of transporting across time and space, especially going across the great sea. He emerged on the other side, landing as always on his feet, but feeling slightly off balance, as if the ground were moving beneath his feet. It was, he knew, the law of physics, a body in motion stayed in motion. Well, it was as good an excuse as any to stumble a step, directly into the demon's arms.

"Oh dear me," he muttered, seeming apologetic when the move was well rehearsed and very calculated. "Pardon me, my dear. I must've lost my footing."

Zira called out, his body tensing from head to toe, as the heat rushed over him. He was still so new to this, unable to reign himself in, or control his reactions. Orgasm hit him hard, making all his senses throb with the release.

Once again, Crowley tried to find another reason, to assure himself it wasn't the simple sight of watching the Angel lose himself that pulled him over, even if he knew it was in vain. The other was beautiful, literally perfect in his design, and here he was, riding the demon's cock, coming so hard into his hand.

He should be crowing with pride, smug in his ability to force the other to such a Low. It was harder, though, knowing the choice was the Angel's, the actions were Zira's, and he was merely left enjoying the consequences. Also, because he didn't want his love considered a conquest of Hell. Only His.

Sighing, even if it was unnecessary, Crowley shifted in the chair, carefully drawing the Angel off of him, to sit more comfortably for both of them, on his lap. It was on his lips, to make a remark, but there in the Angel's new Library, with him looking so pleased, he decided to keep silent, and give his Adversary his moment.

It was a moment or pure, raw, unfiltered, unnamed pleasure. It was surrender, in its most basic form, the angel realised. He had offered himself to Crowley, and he had given the demon everything. It felt Right, Perfect, even necessary.

It wasn't a matter of Heaven and Hell, Angel and Demon, Right and Wrong. It was love, Zira knew, of the purest kind. Man had long ago created the rivalry of Hatfields and McCoys, immortalised in many a story, under many a name. In the end, it came down to the Two Sides for which Aziraphale and Crowley each stood, and always there was the young couple making a break for it, fighting the stereotype, seeking to Unite the Opposition, despite the stigma and the risk.

Four words rolled off Zira's tongue, spoken low as to be confidential, as if he meant to keep the walls from hearing. "Love you, demon mine," he murmured, lips warm and wet as his tongue drew a trail along the shell of an ear.

"I'm yours, my Angel," It was a different four words, yet as close to synonymous as the demon was capable. He couldn't yet declare love, mostly as a construct of his own stubborn attitude- he had scoured Earth for the books in the room, having to retrieve some of them himself, all to see that smile, feel those lips against his skin. And yet, it was against his nature, his being to love, as to be a demon was to be removed from Love, and Joy, and anything nearing Heaven's Perfection.

Why, then, could he stay with the Angel? He never let himself ask.

"Yes, mine. As I am yours," Zira cooed in reply. He shifted, settling against Crowley, curled and molded to his form, as if they were one.

Crowley let his fingers drift idly along the Angel's arm and wing, basking in the pleasure for a long moment. Finally, he glanced about, taking in the fruits of his labor.

"This was a private library, unused. Even the docent of the museum upstairs, was unsure what was in it. Your books are safe here, until you decide which of your posh houses can hold them," There was a slight tease at the end, almost playful, as the demon sat forward enough to nip at the corner of Zira's mouth.

"I rather think the collection would be safest, in the great halls beneath your den of sin, my dear. Underground, hidden from the masses." To be honest, he wasn't sure there were great halls under the establishment Crowley had claimed as his own, but by thinking there ought to be, Zira could make such a thing possible, and the real truth lie in his want to be close, to have an ever handy excuse to be near the demon.

He frowned at that, feigning a look of disappointment. "I dare say, Angel, if you're going to ruin all of your surprises like that, I'm not going to bother to come up with them," Still, after a second of the ploy he let himself smile, a much gentler expression than had any right being on a demon's face.

"There was already a library in the blueprints, it seems it will simply have to expand with your collection," He had worried, the Angel might feel cowed into his presence if he tried such a tactic the first time. He was... surprised, not entirely negatively, that that wasn't the case.

"I shall make it my domain, much as the depths beneath the Paris Opera House belong to the Phantom," Zira lifted his chin and kissed the corner of Crowley's mouth.

"To think, your precious paparazzi are going to believe I've kidnapped you. What is a star, of your calibur and moral standard, doing spending time under a fetish bar?" His wings ruffled a little, as he adjusted to settle in for the time being.

"I rather expect it will do wonders for my career." Zira gave a contented sigh. "Thank you, my dear. I do believe I've neglected to say as much. This was most unexpected, and terribly delightful. Dare I say it, romantic."

Crowley's face straightened at the last. "You'd better not dare." He was rather serious, even if he tried to cover his... unease by playing with the Angel's wings. His nose scrunched, as he felt the state of the feathers, and he shook his head.

"Honestly, dear, how do you live with them like that?"

"Like what, dear boy?" Zira looked over his shoulder, at the disorganised mess of his wings. "They're quite fine, I've no problems out of them, like that."

"You're quite lucky you're not balding, dear." He sighed, seeming to have a thought. "Come now, move to the floor. I can't let you go in public, looking like you've been ravaged." He chose to ignore that the angel hid his wings in public, much as he did. He also glossed over the intimacy the act inherently possessed, given the sensitive nature of his feathers. Crowley decided suddenly, it was simply for the matter of aesthetics, and wanting to look at a well-groomed Angel, rather than a heap of feathers.

"really, my dear," Zira feigned protest, giving Crowley A Look, even as he moved off the demon's lap and stretched himself out on the floor. "I simply haven't got 'round to plucking out the broken ones, lately."

Crowley held firm at the Angel's protest, only to relax slightly as he watched Zira move to sit on the ground in front of him. He started with the outside of the wings, as the other's back was to him, and they were slightly less sensitive to the touch. The plucking was surprisingly gentle, a practiced hand weaving the feathers back down into a respectable order.

Zira bent his head, and bit his bottom lip. Crowley's hands were far more gentle than he'd expected, but still, the shifting and plucking of the bent, broken, or ill formed feathers hurt. He turned his shoulders into or away from the touch, but didn't actively fight Crowley on it.

It was true, demons took far better care to groom their feathers, than angels.

He could tell the angel was hurting, and felt... something, at the realization. Pausing for a moment, he gently ran a hand down the Angel's wing.

"I'm just trying to help, dear," He didn't continue, giving Zira ample time to ask him to stop.

"Of course, dear. it's fine. Do continue," Zira nodded, to reaffirm his request. Crowley had started, and Zira didn't feel inclined to stop him halfway, when his wings felt somewhat lopsided, with one groomed and one still a heaping mess of tangled feathers.

Crowley moved to the other wing, preening him faster, but no less careful. He enjoyed the feel of the softer, powdery Angel down against his fingers, and slowed as he finally set to smoothing the feathers back down, letting the newer growth of feathers tickle his hand, a soft powder floating away from the surface. Leaning down, he gave himself the pretext of kissing the Angel's neck to take a whiff, humming as the scent of it danced in his head, intoxicating.

There was a reason the humans had a drug called Angel Dust. It was literally enough to drive him wild.

Once the plucking gave way to caresses, Zira gave a soft sigh, his posture relaxing somewhat. He smiled, to feel what Crowley was doing, and the kiss to his neck, along with an intake of Crowley's breath, made Zira shiver with delight.

If possible, his eyes would have fluttered as he felt his senses overrun with the high, his mind already shutting down, but for keeping the Angel close, and happy, and his. It was a shame, a sin almost, that the angels had access to such a thing at will, if only they would take time to pluck their damn wings, and yet they let it all go to waste, in the name of modesty.

This was a small piece, his small piece of Heaven, now, and he would move the Earth to keep it.

His chin moved to rest against the Angel's shoulder one he'd had his fill, mouth lazily drawing the lobe of his ear in his mouth to worry between gentle teeth.

It was an entirely different sensation to have another groom the wings, and Zira could definitely make this part of the routine. He was inclined, at some point, now, to ask Crowley if he could do the same. It was, Zira realised, an intimacy that had nothing to do with sex, and everything to do with trust.

He purred happily, and shifted to lean back and rest his body against Crowley.

Crowley's wings were in good shape, considering he preened more than once a year, but sensing the relaxation in his Angel's posture, he would take care to let them slip a little, to have the favor returned.

Careful not to disturb Zira too much, Crowley shifted to the floor behind him, pulling his Angel back so his wings rested on Crowley's chest. "There," He sounded content, as close to blissful as a demon was able to achieve.

"Yes," Zira murmured. "Thank you, my dear one." He closed his eyes, completely relaxed in Crowley's embrace.
