With an extra coat he'd pulled out of his car over his arm Stabler carefully ascended the stairs to the DA offices, stepping inside. With a flash of his ID he located Cutter's office and knocked before stepping inside. Glancing around his eyebrows rose as he took in the mess that was supposed to be an office. "You weren't kidding." He commented dryly, shaking his head as he shut the door, looking Cutter over before offering up the coat.

"As promised. Probably going to be a bit big on you but beggars can't be choosers."

	"It wasn't Jack, it was Donnelly who called her out," Cutter corrected. "It'll just be Jack's call as to if she comes back and where she comes back. There wasn't a choice.
