Kristoff was definitely nervous. Very nervous. So nervous that he was currently smoking his fifth cigarette in front of the Leaky Cauldron. After work he had grabbed a coffee on the way here to wake him up again somewhat, and now he found himself actually being a bit hyper. Oh well, he was meeting his fiance for the first time, so most likely the world would forgive him for that. Flickering the butt of the cigarette to the ground Kristoff finally made his way to the bookstore Susan had managed. When he found it he resisted the urge to have another five cigarettes before entering. This was surreal. So surreal that his hands were actually shaking lightly. Kristoff didn't want to disappoint her because Merlin only knew these marriages seemed to cause nothing but chaos. he disliked chaos created by others (seeing that he often created chaos it would be stupid to say that he hated chaos altogether). So all in all Kris wanted everyone to be happy with this arrangement. Susan, Seamus, himself.

Taking another deep breath for courage he knocked on the door, waiting for an answer. Well, she had said that he could come in, right? Opening the door he hesitantly stepped inside the flat, looking around.

"Hello? Someone here?"

Susan's eyes stayedo n him the whole time he was talking, but when he mentioned he was bisexual, her eyes widened followed by a smile. "Don't worry about it. I'm fine with it. I'm not oneo f those girls who will freak out about something like that. Trust me. Just be thankful I have a spare bedroom, unless I'm moving in with you than, it's whatever. I'm fine with it." She said, rambling a little bit herself, but than looked down, taking a small sip of her orange juice.

"You're going to be working at St. Mungo's. That'll be a good job, compared to what I've been stuck with." She said, clearing her throat and crossing her legs, as she sat there, looking him over a bit more.

"you're...really?" Kris asked, having fully expected her to react differently. And just like that the tension seemed to lessen a bit and he managed to actually relax.

"Thank you. And I really mean, thank you. This...this means much to me and I am so grateful that you understand," He gave her one of the honest smiles that had become a bit rare these past few weeks.

"Compared to my current job St. Mungo's will be close to heaven. And paying a lot better too," He added with a wink. "So where are you working at? Your turn to tell me something about you."

"You're welcome. Who is your boyfriend?" She asked, being a bit snoopy. "Only so I know who will be in my house or your house." She added, licking her lips.

"Well, I'm working at the Leaky Cauldron. I have been since 2000." She told him, as she threw her hair up into a messy bun and sighed. "So, what house were you in at Hogwarts? You do look familiar." She said, as she couldn't help, but look him over. He was rather attractive, compared to some of the guys who she had met, besides one, but he was another story.

"Seamus Finnigan. Probably you know him?" Kris asked, leaning back now visibly more relaxed. This whole thing didn't look so bad all of a sudden. It all seemed to turn out for the better.

"I was a Gryffindor and you?" He asked with a smile. Now that the hugest of all burdens was off his chest he could start to think about other things. Susan was definitely a nice and beautiful girl, so he couldn't complain at all.

A soft gasp came from the young woman and nodded. "I know Seamus. He's really nice." She said,scratching her nose a little and rested her hands in her lap.

"Hufflepuff." She told him, with a soft smile. "I swear my whole family was in Hufflepuff, well, on my father's side. I'm sort of popular. Voldemort killed seven members of my family." She said, looking around a little bit.

"He is," Kris smiled softly at the thought of his boyfriend.

However, the smile vanished rather quickly with Susan's next statement. "Oh...I'm really sorry to hear that. That probably doesn't help you at all and stuff, but I really am." He himself was so close to his family and the thought of losing only one of them was horrifying. Not knowing what else to say he reached over and took Susan's hand, squeezing gently in a gesture of comfort.

"So...I guess we have a lot to think about now. I mean, I have absolutely no idea how to actually plan a wedding and stuff."

"It's fine now. I mean, things used to be horrible. At school, I'd get asked questions and I'd just shut people out and well, yeah." She said, as she looked down at his hand and squeezed it back, with a smile. She could up from the couch and decided that it was only apporiate to sit next to him and was nearly in his lap, as she nodded.

"Well, I'm friends with Hermione, Parvati, and Ginny, also Luna..maybe they can help us." She suggested, as she looked into his eyes for a moment, not realizing that she was blushing and looked down, still holding his hand.

Kris gave her another smile over the rim of the glass as he took another sip of water.

"Sounds like a plan. Seamus said he planned the wedding together with Luna mostly, so I can ask him. Plus I am sure my mum is more than eager to help as well, I am just not entirely sure yet if it really would be a good idea to let her help," Tilting his head a little to the side he wrinkled his nose. His mum could get just a wee bit overexcited.

"Do you know who is going to be your best man and all that fun stuff?" She asked, as she grabbed her organe juice and took a sip of it. She had already figured out who she wanted in her wedding and everything, well, brides maid-wise. "I figured we'd keep it a bit small, not too many people, only the ones we get along with." She suggested, licking her lips. She was as nervous as before. She let her hair down, since it dried a bit and was a little curly, but she didn't care. She shook it a little bit. She could smell the strawberries and cream scent from her shampoo and looked at him.

"I've never been on a date before." She blurted out and made an odd face, hoping that didn't freak him out. "I've never been iwth a guy..I might..I have guy friend who I have hung out iwth, just not..a boyfriend or anything." She added.

"Urm, not yet. I'll have to think about it." Kris frowned, mentally putting it on the list of things he still had to do. "Small is definitely good," He agreed with a nod, watching her with his lips curled into a smile.

"What? Oh...well," Kris' smile turned sheepish at that confession, squeezing her hand once more. "Can't say I've really had a girlfriend either so far." He mumbled, biting his bottom lip before his smile returned.

"How about I take you out to dinner tomorrow?"

	"Looks like we have something in common." She said, wit ha soft luagh, as she laced their fingers together. She liked him so far, but then again what wasn't to like? He was sweet and very nice. 	"Great. When shall I pick you up? Fear I have to work until 4 PM tomorrow, but after that I am free," Kris replied, still holding her hand and feeling oddly comfortable in her presence already. 	"Seven sounds perfect." It was indeed perfect. He might be even able to get an hour of sleep after work that way. "We can have dinner or something and then go for a drink or...we'll see what we are in the mood for tomorrow, I guess," Kris stopped himself from rambling. "We'll see then.
