Well, the fact that Kris was sort of speaking with him was some kind of progress from the other day. Seamus smiled, fixing his shirt and picking at the flowers with the teddy bear attached. So it was a corny present. Seamus had no idea when it came to presents, but he was pretty sure this would be okay. He hoped. It was really lucky Seamus had stopped by Mungos and asked around about Kris' other job. Now he had to forgive him. Or at least that was what he was telling himself.

"Oi. Kris here?" Seamus was doing a crappy job hiding the flowers behind his back. The head of the stuffed bear was basically choking since it was tucked under his belt loop, the long white shirt tucked over it. He was getting some odd looks, but oh well.

He forgave him? He forgave him! Seamus beamed happily and just barely resisted the urge to kiss, or even hug, Kris. "So when is your shift over? I'll walk you home. Or to your other job. Whichever you're doing today."

Anything to get a moment alone with Kris. Just give him a little kiss and hold him. Seamus really was hoping for something simple today. He wanted Kris to know he was not just a great lay.

	Kris' attempts to stop himself from smiling failed as he glanced at the clock on the wall. "Shift's over in one hour and I have the rest of the day off. 	"What is it with everybody wanting Chai these days?" Kris muttered. He was surrounded by tea drinkers, since the weekend at his parents he was sure of that. The evil was spreading. 	"Thank you, love." Seamus looked around, making sure nobody was looking for a second and gave Kris a quick peck on the cheek. Before he could suffer any consequences he settled down in a booth near the corner. From this angle he could watch Kris working perfectly. Kris huffed but the smile didn't leave his face. Ignoring Cate's glances and smirks as well as practically everyone else who tried to catch his eye, Kris prepared the Chai for Seamus and a coffee to go for a customer who had already been waiting. Once he was served Kris brought the Chai over to Seamus, giving him a small smile.

"You really don't have to wait here, though. I imagine sitting around for one hour is boring..."

	"Nope, not leaving you. I can easily wait for an hour. Besides, your backside looks damned sexy in those trousers." Seamus smiled, his fingers drumming on the table before he took the chai. "Sir, yes sir." Seamus beamed happily, settling in the booth and tapping on the rim of his glass as he watched Kris work. He had forgiven him. Seamus could do another dance just out of happiness. Taking things slow had never been something he could do, but he'd try for Kris' sake.

By the time the hour was up, Seamus' head was on the table and he had fallen asleep from boredom.

	Kris was relieved when his shift was finally over. The steady flow of customers wouldn't stop and he was dead tired. After changing out of his work clothes in the backroom he walked over to Seamus, not able to suppress a grin when he found him asleep. Sitting down next to him Kris poked Seamus. 	"Mmm? Five more minutes." Seamus mumbled, his heading rolling off the table and comfortably slipping onto Kris. His eyes slowly opened and he smiled. "Could get used to waking up to seeing you. 	"Food sounds good. Did they forget to give you lunch?" Gits. Seamus cursed inwardly and hummed happily as they walked. He deliberately ignored how uptight Kris' body seemed at the moment. "Ah, but you seem to be a master of self-delusion. You are unhealthy. You just can't see it because it pertains to you." Seamus smiled and leaned against the wall near Kris' door, waiting for him to open up. "And I refuse to believe your mum tried to poison you. What did she do? Give you medicine in your drink? My mum used to do that all the time. Said it was the only way I'd take the damned medicine."

"You're making it sound as if I have an eating disorder. I am fine, Seamus for fucks sake. The last weeks have just been a bit stressful. That does not mean that I am unhealthy though." Kris sighed as he got out his keys and unlocked the door.

"No, she mixed bloody dreamless sleep potions into my tea. Twice. I am not a five year old that has to be given medicine, I can decide for myself when I want to take a potion," Kris mumbled. He really hated it when his mother babied him.
