Well, the fact that Kris was sort of speaking with him was some kind of progress from the other day. Seamus smiled, fixing his shirt and picking at the flowers with the teddy bear attached. So it was a corny present. Seamus had no idea when it came to presents, but he was pretty sure this would be okay. He hoped. It was really lucky Seamus had stopped by Mungos and asked around about Kris' other job. Now he had to forgive him. Or at least that was what he was telling himself.

"Oi. Kris here?" Seamus was doing a crappy job hiding the flowers behind his back. The head of the stuffed bear was basically choking since it was tucked under his belt loop, the long white shirt tucked over it. He was getting some odd looks, but oh well.

"What can I say? I'm just that good." Seamus smirked back, moving onto the couch and pulling Kris up on his lap again. He let his head rest on Kris' shoulder as he planted small butterfly kisses along his neck. "Bloody hell I missed you."

Kris' eyes drifted shut as he relaxed, his head tilted to the side a little.

"I really do care for you." He nibbled on the skin just above Kris' pulsepoint, enjoying the salty taste of sweat. His hands were holding Kris to him as he relaxed. He had been so relieved to hear Kris' wedding was postponed. He had a while before some woman would try to forbid them from being together.

"Told you not my fault. Let's not go into that again though." Seamus' lips were finding their way down Kris' shoulder, his hand moving to rest on Kris' stomach. "Damn. Told myself I'd behave. So have you started with your new promotion yet?"

"No, I'm starting on the 1st of July," Kris smiled, still utterly happy that he had passed the admission exam. "I'm looking forward to it. Getting tired of serving coffee."

"So you have a week off your other job? Is the Mungos thing salary or hourly?" He smirked, reclining on the sofa and pulling Kris closer to cuddle. "Food should be here soon."

"Salary. Not too bad either, maybe I can afford a nicer flat after a few months," Kris smiled, kissing Seamus' cheek.

"Oh good. Just don't mess up your new flat like this one is." Seamus chuckled, hearing a knock on the door. "Don't move, love." His lips brushed against Kris' before moving to meet the delivery man.

"I come bearing food!" Seamus leaned to clean the table by sweeping his arm across and put the bag down. "Now eat or I'll be severely hurt."

"I never have the time to clean," Kris pouted, curling up on the sofa again and looking at the food, wrinkling his nose.

"Well somebody besides your mother needs to do it." Seamus chuckled and cleaned up around the table. "It really can't be that hard to keep your flat clean." Already Seamus was walking around, picking things up and cleaning a little bit.

"Will you just eat? I already had something earlier." He was partially cleaning just to keep from pouncing on Kris. It was the only thing to steady his nerves at the moment. "So how is your ma doing? Besides poisoning you, of course."

"I hate eating alone," Kris retorted. "Besides you were the one saying you wanted eggroles. So now come and eat them," he added with a sigh. "Mum's fine, though worried I guess."

"Fiiiiine." Seamus grabbed an eggroll before taking a seat next to Kris. "Eat. This food is mainly for you anyways." He relaxed on the couch, just letting himself stare.

"Fine. I'll stop." Seamus sat back, twiddling his thumbs as he tried his best angelic smile. "Go on love, eat." He pulled his knees to his stomach and leaned his head on his knees.

"If by plans you mean staying here and just spending time with you then yes I do. Besides that, nothing." Seamus was fidgeting, trying to get his shoes off and throw them to the floor. The flat really wasn't that bad. "Oh good, do you think your ma will like me then?"

"Sounds like a nice plan," Kris smiled, eating a bit more before he was full. "My mum and you are never ever going to meet. I fear I'd commit suicide if you did because you'd drive me crazy, trying to shove food and potions down my throat."

"Awww, but I want to meet your mam! She'll probably love me. You're just jealous, that's all." He grinned, noticing Kris stop eating. He pulled him on the couch again. "Done eating? I'd like some dessert."

"I'll definitely be there. The least I can do for you forcing yourself to go to my wedding." His hands were moving up under Kris' shirt, his fingers tracing patterns on the pale skin underneath. "You realise you're the dessert, right?" No going too far. Seamus promised himself he would take things slow.
